I feel like a majority of my orders come in late but im not complaining because it is almost always perfect.
I have seen pizza that has been sitting for hours at 7-11 that was fresher than what I finally got from this Domino's. Pizza... was quality checked (you know the step AFTER cooking) at 6:39. Didn't get the pizza until after 7:50. It was cold and rubbery.Never get anything here. Read more

Honestly I?ve never had an issue. My orders are always accurate and always hot when I get it. I love the pizza tracker and... knowing who?s worked on my pizza. Today Haider made my pizza and it was fire. So thank you sun valley crew. You hold it down anddeliver good pizza. Read more
Half the time you can't order delivery and when you can it always takes like 2 hours to get. So after getting a call from the... manager regarding a recent order. Not great 1st interaction. Signed up online ordered online recevied error message 3 times gave me store to call. I call the... girl says yes my order went through gave him my information three times she said yes it went through about an hour and a halffor delivery okay I would have close by call the store cuz I can't find it on the online tracker he says they never received myorder I told him the girl confirmed it three times come and give me an hour and a half he said I'm sorry sir I can take yourorder now if it's going to be an hour and a half asleep that's not acceptable I've already waited an hour and a half and nowyou're telling me I'm not going to get any pizza what are you going to do to make me happy I asked this is nothing there wasnothing he could do he could take my order and that was it no discount no offer of anyting I just believe that this wascompletely unacceptable so the next night another friend wanted pizza so what we can try it is the closest but you know this iswhat happened to me and so tonight would be better we ordered everything went smoothly however I still can't wait for Pizza Hutopen across the street Read more
I tried to order a pizza online for over 1/2 hour to no avail. I kept getting errors and finally I called the store to order my... pizza. I was literally amazed at the response I got from the young man who answered the phone. He said, ?Try turning off yourphone and trying again, and if it doesn?t work this time, call us back and we?ll be happy to ?let? you order here!? What!?!?!Isn?t that why I was calling Domino?s? I wanted to eat? Hmph never again will I call Domino?s nor would I ever recommend them toanyone! Addendum: I apologize for the delay, however I wanted to give a shout out to the nice gentleman who actually cameapproximately 1.5 hours after all this happened, and literally sang ?DOMINO?s here!? Of course I refused the order because Ididn?t think it had gone through, and I had already eaten! He deserves kudos for driving in the snow and fog and then having toturn around and take everything back because of one person?s attitude at the store.
