I literally just went to this spot on a whim. I had work in 15 min and I wanted a burrito. So I'm driving down Saticoy towards... work and I see this spot. I pull in and ask for an Asada burrito. Honestly, I'm not expecting much. The cook was kind andwhipped it up in a nice to go box with red/green salsas inside. Very good presentation wise. What blew me away was when I bitinto the burrito.... The meat was tender and the juices exploded. I was done within 5 minutes. Amazing. Great price too. I willbe back. Need the cooks name too! This company name, website and yelp review page are all being repeatedly STOLEN from the original owner who moved out of this... location over a year ago. That would be me and my partner Max Daniel. Stolen by the greedy property manager who continues to tryto abuse us like he still does all the volunteers he exploits with the adjoining community center. The property manager needs tomark Food With Love as CLOSED on Yelp and Google or he needs to buy the name from us. He is fooling people into being customerswith OUR 5 star reviews. He uses this and all that free labor to turn an easy profit, not to give back to the community. Our newbusiness is gaining steam (published in VICE and LAEater, featured on radio shows, etc.) and so he is able to do this because alot of this beginning content references the OLD website, back when we tried a partnership with him, and so he keeps using hisold credentials to mark this space OPEN and mislead customer foot traffic. We keep using our credentials to mark this locationCLOSED. Despite this man being a truly terrible and selfish person, we do want this place to succeed. But this place needs to doso ON ITS OWN and by BEING HONEST WITH CUSTOMERS, rather than using our reviews to dupe people into believing this place has ahigh ranking and committed following. At current, this place is nothing more than a SCAM and you can have NO IDEA of whatquality of food you are in for as this is not what is reflected in the reviews! BEWARE. Read more
