All the reviews saying this place is good are literally so fake and untrue. Anytime I go here they give me attitude at the drive... thru for absolutely no reason. I came to order at the drive thru and i waited 3 or 4 minutes for someone to answer even tho itwas 9:30 PM and they gave me attitude for no reason, and one time I ordered food the person at the window obviously seemed likethey didn?t even want to be working there. I was a little worried about Wendy?s a few years ago, but today they really impressed me 9/18/22. The exterior and interior are... 100%better. The food is great and prices have increased but it?s to be expected. The drink machine is my all time favorite. Thestaff was a lot better as well. Great job! Read more
The food was good but I had trouble ordering and then after I paid I asked the lady why she had extra charges for cheese and why... she took items off my sandwich she then said that my food will be made right so everything was fine. I then again asked her whyshe charged me for things I didn't ask for she again told me my food would be right so it didn't matter. Despite the food beinggood I will not return to an establishment that does not have basic customer service skills! Read more
Food is good, service is awful. I had to stand in front of the register for 10 minutes before being asked what I wanted to... order. After that, the employee left and came back 5 minutes later asking again. The food took even longer to get to me, and bythe time my family had it, it was cold. Read more
For a fast food joint they are quick and always have fresh food. I have never received a salad with gross lettuce or bad... veggies on our burgers. They are also very accommodating if you don't want a bun! Our dog also loves them because they givehim a chicken nugget! Read more
