New owner is very disrespectful to the teenage workers. He yells at them in front of customers. A worker was injured and he told... her that she will be "okay." Horrible and disgusting. Appearance of the store isn't everything. That is all he cares about. Read more
We stopped by this location at 8:30 on a Tuesday night. Online it states that they do not close until 10:00. We pulled up and... the entire restaurant was dark. The sign was also turned off. As we were pulling away, we noticed someone peaking their head upbehind the counter. I understand if they turn the lights off around 9:45, but the lights were turned off at 8:30. This isterrible customer service. If you do not want to keep a restaurant open until ten, then do not work at a restaurant that is openthis late. We eat at this Subway multiple times during the week and we always feel like they are rushing us out the door. Atthis point, we do not want to explore other options, but we feel as if we are going to have to. Why would we continue to eat ata place where we feel unwanted? We love Subway, but we are going to have to find a different restaurant. Read more
