We showed up late, and there wasn't ice cream left I had the grilled cheeseburger, I liked my sandwich, fries were amazing. BF... is a chef, and he got the Philly steak, it was also a good sandwich, the cherry limeade was just as it should be. The girl atthe window was super nice even though we came late!! We have a Sonic in our hometown in Minnesota. This location has a smaller drive-in and an indoor dining area. The dining room... was closed during our visit. We had a van full of seven adults so we wanted the convenient drive-in. One menu item new to us isthe Philly Cheesesteak. It was excellent. Lame experience. Whoever was working the other side of the drive through seemed incredibly inconvenienced with my order and... tried to cut me off prematurely twice. I know it is tough to find good help, but please be kind when communicating withcustomers. The food left a.lot.to be desired. It.might have been the smallest chicken sandwich I've ever ordered! The facility is new and do not dine in as yet. The ordering could not done using the drive in as it was non functional. However... two young employees were charming and helped us with our orders. There was an older employee who was helpful kind andconsiderate and efficient under trying circumstances. Disappointed that they do not offer curbside service. I am sure it is due to lack of staffing but that is one of the draws to... this type of establishment. Also a problem with lack of staff is cleanliness. The garbage containers onsite were full withtrash sticking out of them by the exit. The food was good which is why they got the 3 stars. Decided to give Sonic a secondchance but was disappointed again. Outside garbage containers still full of trash spilling on onto blacktop. Trash bucket byback door. Workers inside walking on spilled ice cream on floor. Referral to Dane County Health Department for obvioussanitation violations. Read more

This happened on 11-5-2022. My SO and I ordered from this sonic and the food didn?t taste right so she went back to sonic to get... a new order. They were kind enough to replace the food free of charge. Then she came back with this. I believe the clear plasticis from the cheese packaging and the other burger had a blue piece of plastic inside. She did try a piece of the burger andstill tasted weird like it was old meat. Maybe it was our luck of the draw today but this will be our last time going to thissonic. Hope this helps someone Read more
