The old man running the register is as grumpy as they come and got miffed because my credit card wasn't working at first when I... scanned it. Did not feel welcome, and he tried to insinuate that my 8 year old, who isn't THAT tall was not under ten. Noclean tables to sit at, salad was aged and tasted funky. Chicken is halfway decent if you can get any, but everything else islow, low, low quality. Also, not sure how they have the nerve to ask for a tip in advance when I'm having to serve myself. Ifeel like I should leave the bussers a small tip, but the restaurant should not get a cut of that. Our daughter wanted to gohere for her birthday, so I had to pretend to like it, but this was my second trip to Pizza Ranch, and it will be my last. Read more
Game room is amazing must go and have fun. Chuck E Cheese ain't got nothing on them. Pizza is tasteless, salad bar amazing.
Had to eat mostly bread sticks. They kept running out of pizza. Then replacing with specialty pizzas to which appeared no one... there liked as the pizzas just sat on the buffet. Not worth the money! Won?t be back! Unfortunate my last 2 experiences werethis bad. I recommend keeping pepperoni, cheese ,and sausage pizzas on the buffet at all times and maybe alternating with one ortwo specialty pizzas instead. Read more

Took 5 mins for someone to greet Trulymethisisme, I could have sat and began to eat and they wouldn't have noticed. Food was... decent, chicken good and little disappointed that there was no coffee or tea, they had taken them down already with 2hrs to goyet. New visit and service still suck, employee disrespectful saying little slick stuff as if I can't understand. I tripped overtheir rug and chick want to talk slick, I did tell her about herself best believe! Last 5 times here very disappointed and ifget worst as I continue, so it's a wrap for me. I will not visit this place again in Sun Prairie. Read more
Ate here tonight with my 4 daughters and it was an amazing experience. Angelic and Gwen went above and beyond to make our night... exceptional, I love the atmosphere and the music. The fried chicken and biscuits with sausage gravy was so tasty I overindulge!!! The salad bar even the sodas was AMAZING!!! I love to support businesses like this! Family friendly and worth everydime?????? Will be back with my husband next week!!!!! Oh and soooo many pizzas to choose from! I loved the one with bellpeppers and onions paired with salad. Read more
Restaurant was clean, workers friendly. There wasn't a wide variety of pizza out despite the place being busy in the middle of... lunch rush. Also we love that pizza ranch is a Christian company and plays Christian music. We were disappointed this location was playing main stream country music. Read more
So sad to see how down hill Pizza Ranch has gone. All the great things about it are gone. No soup. You can't request pizza... anymore when you go in... And they don't put new pizza out until the ones on the buffet are eaten so they get old and gross andyou may never get something you like. So hopefully you like chicken! Read more
