This location?s drive thru is always fast and they always do a good job making the sandwiches.
Ordering in the store is fine. Pretty-much the standard service you expect. Delivery is another story. As others have said, the... time to receive your delivery is typically about an hour for this location. That I can deal with, because it happens soroutinely, I plan for it. However, taking just shy of 1.5-hours and leaving the order by the door without using the buzzer ORcalling, that's the final straw, especially when they charge a delivery fee that increases with the number of items you orderPLUS an additional $2.49 "service charge". UPDATE: Already had filled out JJ's feedback form before posting here. Three weekslater, and no response. Thanks JJ's, with so many sandwich options in town, you just made my decision much easier. I ordered something on my lunch break and it took over an hour for me to get my food. I was told I was one of the first stops... and when I called a half hour after being told that, I was then told that other customers had times ahead of me. Not sure howthe situation changed. I have to be back to work by a certain time and I tipped the driver over a 30% tip. I?m extremelydisappointed in this jimmy johns. I?ve NEVER had to wait this long for ONE sandwich. Read more
HELLO OWNER-->Never ended up placing this order. Been a while since I ordered so today 1 @ 8 inch sub was $15.64????? 2.00... delivery fee...20% tip...and a new 2.49 SERVICE CHARGE added to the price. Enough is enough and greed has ended my JJ enjoyment.I even dealt with all the days they shut down their site for delivery due to lack of help...I do understand, but 1 damn sandwichdelivered is not worth this-let me also say food is always solid...however even Gordon Gecko would not have his costs this outof line...price gouging 101! Kaleb/Caleb is the most polite human being I?ve met in a while. He was nothing but a gentleman and respectful. My experience... couldn?t have been any better i ended up not knowing if I wanted to have oil and vinegar on my sandwich so he offered for a sideof the oil and I ended up not liking it so I appreciate him for giving me the option. Also I ordered a blt unwich and hesuggested the numbe 16 instead to save a little money and as a customer that?s been in customer service for 8 years that wasdefinitely a hit for me I absolutely love of course like anyone would to save a little money. Once I got to the window he askedif I had the app and unfortunately I haven?t signed up yet and he wasn?t pushy or persistent about it and I hate that pressurehe was super nice . There was napkins in the bag there was the side of three kickin ranch and the sandwiches along with thatside of oil and vinegar and I really couldn?t have asked for a better experience please make sure you guys show him therecognition he deserves. Up until recently Jimmy Johns has been great. The last several times we have gotten food here our order has been messed up and... if we order for delivery it takes an hour plus to get to us (we live 5-10 minutes away but have a baby so it would be nice tohave the option of having it delivered) Read more
Eaten there multiple times now in the past year and the food has been good, and they have yet to get my order wrong. I... appreciate the convenience of the drive-through as well. I have used the delivery option as well. Takes longer than id expectto reach my door, but I understand how the delivery service works and I just order a little earlier than when I'm trying to eatto compensate. Read more
Not great. Got a sandwich with cucumber and avocado. Got no avocado on my sandwich and about 3 cucumbers. I places an online... order as well waited 10 minutes and it still wasn't down when I got there, shoulda just ordered like normal. Not worth the moneyI spent probably wouldn't order again. Read more
