The food is good and very authentic. The chips aren't the greatest and are served in a smaller amount than other places. The... biggest disappointment was the false advertising on their margaritas. They serve you a 12 ounce margarita in a 6 ounce glass. After I finished my margarita I ordered a 12 ounce bottle of beer. I poured the bottle of beer into the glass and had plenty ofbeer left over in my bottle. I showed the owner and he tried to tell me that Modelo must put too much beer in their bottle. Withthe blatant false advertising of their drinks makes you wonder about that business as a whole. I will continue to go to Elpatron or Arandas in Deforest. Read more

I always make sure to visit a restaurant at least twice before leaving a review and Glorias absolutely deserves 5-stars. First... time we attended as a family of 6 with a kiddo and a baby but the waitress was patient and quick with our order knowing howquickly a clock ticks with a one-year-old. Second visit was tonight with a friend after a pedi at Blush across the parking lotand our meal/margaritas at the bar were amazing. Excellent service. Best margaritas in Madison (yes, far better than Ancho &Agave). Come quick and early though because space is limited. Expensive (but what isn't?) I paid $50 for my meal and twomargaritas + tip. After a long night we decided to stop in and give this restaurant a try. We have passed this place multiple times, and so glad... we finally visited. The tacos were excellent. Service was great, and very attentive. Read more

First off the flautas and Molé were especially flavorful. Chicken was so tender. I recommend eating here. The tamales were... good. The salsa was a little to watery for my taste but the flavors in it were delicious. 8/10 Read more

Out grocery shopping and decided to eat out as well and because we love Gloria's on Junction Rd. we decided to try the Prairie... Lakes Gloria's and we were not disappointed even though they were very busy and short staffed like so many places these days wewere seated at one of the two open tables left and our server brought us chips and salsa and menus and took our drink orders. When she returned with our drinks we were ready to order my companion ordered the Huarache and I ordered 3 tacos 2 with groundbeef 1 with seasoned chicken. While we waited for our entrees we enjoyed chips and salsa which was excellent as it always is atGloria's. Our entrees were served in about 7 or 8 minutes and they were hot and delicious. Both the ground beef and the seasonedchicken tacos were excellent and my companions Huarache was also good although she said they had forgotten the cactus salad ontop but with as busy as it was and with only 2 servers and one cook she wasn't going to complain as it was still excellent. Itwas a great dinner and good evening all the way around. Check out Gloria's in Sun Prairie on Prairie Lakes Dr. Read more

We've been here a few times now and the food is amazing. Drinks are also very good. We went a few nights ago and they had a sign... apologizing for being short staffed but that didn't stop us from getting fast and great service. Can't wait to go a third time! Read more

Time to try another local restaurant in our area. This week we decided to order to-go from Gloria's. We had heard good things... about them, and we were not disappointed. The ground beef tacos ???? were delicious. The corn tortillas were soft and pliableand the filling was very well seasoned. For a basic standard, these were a definite win. Almost every Mexican restaurant servesrice and beans, but they are not all creates equally. Gloria's had super creamy refried beans and very well seasoned rice. Whilethe size of the portions wasn't huge, the quality definitely hit it out of the park. My wife's favorite dish was the EnchiladasMexicanas. Three chicken enchiladas each topped with a different sauce. This dish is perfect for anyone who likes variety inwhat they eat. Each sauce was delicious and she couldn't pick which one was best. The chicken filling was tender and melt inyour mouth good. The ground beef tostada was another winner???? The crispy shell on the bottom complimented the tender beeftopping perfectly. Not the easiest thing to eat, but it was sure tasty. The overall favorite item on the menu had tonhe theQueso Fundido. It was creamy and cheesy, which worked great with the chorizo bits mixed throughout. The only downside to thisitem is that they don't sell it by the bucket-full. Gloria's was an absolute win in our books, and we will definitely be back. The food made for great leftovers, and the service was awesome! Read more
