Took over an hour for a 10 piece nugget meal. No sorry, no apologies, didn't get my drink, no sauce. Everything was cold. Staff... was batching about time off they wanted. When I approached the counter to order all I heard was "not it" from the staff. Isttime there, never be back! Read more

I come to you Googlers as someone who frequents McDonalds often. I went to this location because the mobile app said that they... had the Cactus Flea Market box available. Cool. I'm jazzed. I place the order online and pay. I get to the drive through and I'mtold that they don't have the toys for the box. I request for them to cancel my meals (I'm there this time just for the toys).They say they can't. I tell them, okay... I'd like a refund then. They said they can't refund a mobile order. Okay... I ask ifthey can just issue a gift card for the amount. They say they'll check and ask for me to pull forward to the first window. I askthe lady at the window for a refund. She says she can't do that and that I have to request that on the app. I ask for a giftcard for the amount. She says she can't do that. I told her that they can mark on the app that the flea market box isn'tavailable. She says it is still available just not with the toys... Lady, that is just a more expensive combo at that point. Shetells me I'll have to request a refund through the app. Guess what? There isn't an option for that. I'm out the price of the 2adult unHappy Meals. I can't decide if these employees just don't know how to process a refund or are just THAT unhelpful.Either way, I'm not going to return to this location. Read more

Just went through the drive thru. The guy taking my order mumbled and I did not hear him say "first window" so I drove up to the... first window, looked and saw no one there so drove up to the second window. Sat there for a moment and what looked like amanager (who did not have a headset on) came up to the window and said "did you order? Did you pass the window?" with anattitude then said "did you order this?" And said my order. I said umm sure because he asked 3 different questions and then herudely said "no is this your order???" And repeated it again, I said yes it is. He took my card and walked off. A very nice girlhanded me my drinks and my card and food... I ordered chicken nuggets and they are black char on them which typically meansthey have no cleaned their oil traps in a while or their frying baskets have not been properly cleaned. My chicken sandwich alsohad no sauce on it and they forgot to put sauce for the nuggets in the bag too. I don't live in this area and I was passingthrough, glad I don't have to come back to this location again. Read more

Worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald?s. The cashier literally didn?t speak, charged us for our drinks separately even... though the drinks were included with the combo meals we ordered, and then smirked at my husband when he tried asking about it.When my husband finally decided to raise a stink about it she just cried and the manager stood there watching the whole thingbut didn?t have enough sack to speak either. I was a drive thru customer tonight and they sent me to the front for my order.I waited 13 minutes b4 my order was brought out... and I told the young man I also had a unsweet tea. I'm expecting it soon ok? 5 more minutes passed.I thought this isRIDICULOUS. I pulled in a spot and went in. I asked for my ice tea and the same young man said just a minute. I FELT like sayinga minute? I'VE BEEN WAITING A TOTAL OF 18 minutes. He got me the drink. I said when were you going to bring me my drink. he saidright after this order I have a drive thru to run. WOW just WOW no apologies nothing. I said I was just in the drive through.Ieven had given this McDonald's another chance. I saw no customer service and they should have been alot quicker.AND they didn'tgive me my drink for the happy meal as well.I discovered that after I left. I won't be back. Step up to the plate employees andbe personable and polite and ALOT more quicker on your feet it doesn't hurt. Looks like I'm not the only dissatisfied customeraccording to these reviews. Read more

Today was the best experience in over a year. The staff today seemed on point and drive thru was moving pretty quick unlike... previous visits. I wanna thank Andrew, brian,chassidy for being super professional and showing my daughter they care when shewanted a certain toy. Shows allot, these employees need recognition! Read more
