Management was very unprofessional. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly host who asked about my day and made... me feel very welcomed. So far so good. As I was waiting on my meal I witnessed a manager yelling at the host over dress code infront of the whole restaurant, resulting in the hostess crying. This was very innapropriate and unprofessional. Hostess waswearing very suitable and modest clothing for her position. I was sure to talk to this host on my way out where I then found outshe was unaware of any specific dress code as a new employee. Either way, DO NOT yell at your employees under ANY circumstancesespecially in front of guests. This manager needs to be taken back to basic training if she wishes to continue her position inmanagement. Unbelievable. Read more
A very lovely setting, great staff. I ordered fish and chips, my go to at a new place I'm not familiar with. Fish was good, but... tiny portions. I ordered onion rings instead of fries, and they were the best onion rings I've ever had! Read more
We had a pleasant dinner here with family. We had a prime rib and a salmon both were very good and cooked to perfection. Sliced... bread was served on the side which was too hard. Very difficult to eat. The vegetables were sparse and undercooked. Theatmosphere was very nice. Overall it was a nice meal but rather pricey. Read more
This is a very nice restaurant inside the Corte Bella subdivision. You have to go through the gated entry, but you just tell the... guard that you are going to the restaurant. Masks are optional now. Most people were not wearing them. This place is aboveaverage with white table clothes, expensive silverware, and real cloth napkins. Prices were very reasonable, plus we had acoupon from the local paper that gave us 10 percent off one entree. They are very generous with their wine. Our glasses were 3/4full instead of only half full when they came out. Note that this place caters to the older Sun City West crowd. We drove overfrom Sun City Grand. If you don't know the area, you will need your map app on your phone to find it and to get back home. Ihighly recommend the Anacapa Restaurant. Read more
Tiffany and the Waitstaff were Excellent. Very Attentive, never had to ask for a thing. Fish and Chips were tasty. Tai Pan... Chicken Salad was very good and lots of Chicken. The Cheeseburger was very good too. Read more
Very nice valentine's day night dinner. We were seated right on time, enjoyed our service and the food. All meals were cooked... perfectly, served together and each course was nicely paired. We'll definitely be back again. Read more
Brunch was great on Sunday. They were possibly a bit short staffed or there was some miscommunication between staff. Tasty and... great atmosphere. Went to dinner last week and the service was all over the place, took a long while to get our food, but whenit finally arrived it was very Good! Come for happy hour from time to time and it is always a bit confusing whether a serverwill come to the table or you have to go get your drinks at the bar. Well priced happy hour drinks though.
