I'm here right now for dinner and the SweetTea has no lid during the Corona Virus.
Placed a mobile order at 6:30pm from the curbside spot. Got notification at 6:39pm that my bank account was charged for the... order. Proceeded to wait. 7:11pm, still no food, so I called. Asked the person who answered the phone about my order and wastold to let them go check on it and they?d get it to me. 7:30pm, still no food nor contact back. Went inside and had to waitbecause others were waiting and there was no sense of order or urgency by anyone to get things done. Finally spoke with amanager (who happened to be the one who answered the phone). She said the order never showed up on their screen for some reason.She rung the order up and offered a free meal next time I come in and she?s there. Total time to get food, 1 hour 10 minutes.Get home and one of the quarter patties on my Double Quarter wasn?t even fully cooked. ???? Read more
I wish I could give zero stars! This McDonalds has really gone down in the last couple of months. We just left, with fries that... were so cold you could tell that they?ve been sitting for hours. The service is horrible, the staff are rude so we decided tojust keep going! You just lost a customer! And I will tell everyone I know not to go there! This particular visit went smooth as silk! Ordered the sausage brkfst burritos w a hash brown n LG iced tea. Order taker was... quick n efficient as was the young man that took my$$ and the young girl who gave me my order. Did have 2 ask 4 a straw but thathappens 2 me all the time here! I hope.someday to get a correct order from here especially since I was the only person inside the place ordering something. I... frequent this business and have to be sure I remove everything from a bag if I'm doing takeout before leaving that'sunsatisfactory. The service I received from Zack whenpicking up my mobile order inside the store was outstanding! As an operations director I always stress to my staff how importanta smile, a great attitude, and making sure our guests feel welcome and cared for. Zack exemplifies stellar customer serviceskills!
