Normally everything is great, but I decided to go through the drive through because it was 9 pm and I was tired. I checked... online to see if they were still open and it said they were. However when I got to the drive through, I was immediately told?we?re closed?. Not sure when the hours of the drive through changed, but it would be a good idea to update it online andprobably get some light up signs for the evening to tell customers you?re closed or if you?re dining room and drive through havedifferent hours, to indicate which one is open or close. I normally order on the Wendy?s app, Unless they rarely have a better in-restaurant only price. And most of the time I order is... ready to pick up when I get there. I have a special order. Right now I'm liking the Baconator, plain, dry, no cheese with extra bacon. Bacon, Burger, Bun & extra... Bacon. If they make a mistake they resolve it efficiently. Employees in Sun City location are very friendly &courteous. **since posting I have helped an elderly neighbor order via DoorDash. I wouldn't go here. Go up the road a bit and you'll have better options. Wendy's has really changed and not good. Customer... service here sucks, youll be waiting 30 Minutes for your order only to arrive incorrect. Homeless people in the parking lot. Nota safe feeling. Read more
