2 nights ago I came through the drive through. At the second window where you get your food i asked the guy (manager) if I could... order a cone, he impatiently told me he can't go around all while not giving me my second order. So I proceed to get back inline when I get back to the window get the nastiest attitude for absolutely no reason at all. The guy was belligerent telling meI didn't just come through 60 seconds prior. He continued to argue before turning to make my cone. When he turned to give it tome he had a suspicious grin on his face. I wasn't sure if he did something to it. I threw it away the whole argument was overthe cold fries he wouldn't take back and replace. I dont know what was his problem but no body in a customer service positionshould ever treat a customer in such manner especially not a manager. What you would expect. However the drive through is VERY slow..... many other locations are able to be much faster. Not... sure why this one can't. Especially when the inside is closed. So I went here this morning and ordered A double quarter pounder with cheese and fries at the window they gave me my drink and... then asked me to park in one of the parking spots which is fine I could do that I wasn?t in a rush, I could wait a minute ortwo, fresh fries are worth it. The lady came out with my food and not 10 seconds after I put my car in park I could?ve waited inthe drive-through for 10 seconds there was nobody behind me. So why? My fries were cold the double quarter pounder I ordered hadonly one patty with two slices of cheese one on either side, the bread is burnt and in the center with a dollop of mayonnaisenearly the size of the patty. This place is a disaster. They send every car to park and wait for their food after going through the drive thru. We waited 15... minutes for someone to bring out our order (3 happy meals and one combo). And we were still missing food. Fries were undercooked and not at all fresh. I felt awful for the employees running across the Parking lot, back and forth, in the 100 degreeheat. Read more
Ordered 2 meals at the speaker and asked for a side of Big Mac sauce which I was charged for. After receiving my food, I went... through the bag and asked for the sauce I had paid for. They looked at me and asked me to park. Trying to be polite, I complied.Watched another car pay while I was parked and get their food. Deciding warm food was more important, I left. Absolute joke , ordered a large frap Gotta medium in a large cup half full of whip cream. It's bad enough that it cost 5.75 but... coupled with the lack of product it would cost 20.00 to get an actual large frap. The manager should hang its head in shame. I ordered a bacon, egg, cheese, mcgriddle, add Canadian Bacon, & mustard. It only was egg & buns. Had to drive back, was by... hospital on McCall, on way to Homeland. Shift lead/mngr took the sandwich, ketchup packs and bag. I paid for an extra samesandwich. Got corrected order. 2 sandwiches and mustard packs. No ketchup packs in bag. I asked why the lobby & outside eatingarea were closed. She said that they are short staffed. Signs by drive thru said hiring at $18 per hour. Read more
Put in a mobile order at 5am for a quick and easy breakfast pick up. Arrived after receiving an order ready message to be told... they were not open(0515) By the lovely staff and to "go try a different McDonald's". Asked about a refund and was told not ourproblem pretty much. Definitely not a 25 hour Drive thru. 0/5. Read more
