Can I give less than one star? Got a Super Star with fries to go. I live 2 minutes away. Got home and both burger & fries were... cold. Lettuce on the burger was so wilted that I couldn't bite through it - took it off. Had to search for the 2 small pickleslices. Fries were so greasey that my mayo (yes, I eat my fries with mayo) wouldn't adhere. And I paid $11.50 - no drink. Won'tever happen again!! Read more
Always maintaining high food quality, excellent service and super clean restaurants.
Worse place to eat . Our food and drink had hair and we called the district manager and he was no help at all . He said well... what do you want me to do for you ? How does a drink get hair!? We had order fresh patties and everything was cold. The customerservice sucks so does the district manager ED! Read more

Great food at great prices. This CJ has been on Newport for 10plus years now. However every time I go the food is fresh and the... employees are friendly. They have a wide variety of delicious foods and drinks. They also have a bunch of great coupons in yourlocal ads. Read more
I've one to usually not complain about little things but this Carl's Jr has by far the worse customer service. I was given an... incorrect drive thru order and when I went back to correct my order, l was greeted by what appeared to be a "manager". Uponapologizing, this individual proceeded to charge me for a $2 difference. I wouldn't have had an issue with paying the differencefor not the inconvenience of me driving halfway to my house and having to return. Note to "manager", the customer is alwayscorrect. Read more
Worst experience I've had at a fast food restaurant in a long time. We got mostly the $5 boxes, which contained less food than... a kids meal. Our boxes looked NOTHING like the boxes on the menu. The chicken strips we're TINY, and they didn't put the extrasliders in the bags, even after I specifically asked, before we walked out the door. It was so bad, we will probably not ever goback to that location. Just awful. Read more
