At around 3:15 PM on Tuesday 10/18/2022 my daughter and I entered the restaurant. There were two employees there. One was a... young man in his late teens. The other (and I am not in any way trying to be insulting here) was an androgynous person who Ibelieve was female but I don't want to offend by using the incorrect label. There was a lady ahead of us who ordered 2 ham andSwiss sandwiches toasted. The young man put them on the toasting tray but not in the toaster oven, waiting instead for the otheremployee to do it (which would take like 10-15 minutes because they were doing other things). As the lady ahead of us waswaiting and waiting for her sandwiches to be toasted, my daughter ordered a meatball sub and wanted it toasted. The young manput her sandwich next to the others waiting to be toasted but still made no effort to toast them himself. I then ordered 2supreme meat subs. The young man advised me he had to go get more capicola from the back and ended up taking like 15 minutesback there. While we were waiting on the capicola, the other employee finally toasted the subs for the lady ahead of us. In themiddle of putting on her veggies, this employee took a call on their cell for 10 minutes without so much as an "excuse me." Theythen (in full sight and hearing of customers, which were many as the line was getting long behind us) went to complain to theyoung man (who was still searching for capicola at this time) about their schedule while customers were waiting. The secondemployee finally finished and rang up the lady in front of us as a mobile order courier asked where his mobile order was. Thesecond employee advised him they forgot about it and went to the back again. The young man finally came out of the back withthe capicola. No one had toasted my daughter?s sub still so I reminded him. He then hesitated but finally put it in the toasteroven. Tried to use the app to order and it wasn?t working. I went into the store and a rude male employee said I could not use online... promo. I explain I was having trouble using it. He again stated sorry you can?t have the online promo. What happened to customerservice? He could have assisted me with the online app. There were no customers inside the store. He could have just honoredthe online promo I showed him my phone and it had not expired. Not only did he lose a sale but they lost a long time customer. Read more

Friendly staff but at the peak of the day it was just 2 people working on the floor for both in store and delivery/mobile pickup... orders. They were working quickly and got the job done, but I couldn't help but notice how busy it was! I was offered a freecookie for my wait, which was less than 10 minutes for a mobile pickup. I have to be honest in saying that customer service seems almost non-existent at most fast food chains anymore, however that is... definitely not the case at this Subway. I own a business very close to this Subway so I frequent this location to grab a quicksandwich all the time. The young men who work at this location are always friendly, polite and professional. Good customerservice goes a long way with me and I'm definitely impressed with the demeanor and positive attitude these guys always seem tohave. Good to know that there's still some young workers that understand the value of providing good service. Read more

Excellent Food very clean, tasty, and fresh, always.. Sandwich Area cold, clean and fresh. All sandwiches are super, but the... best one is the Roasted Turkey Breast, With Bacon, Avocado, Cheese, Lettuce And Tomato, Onion, Mayo, A Dab Of Mustard, With ADrizzle Of Olive Oil And Vinegar. I work at Subway and I just was hungry and happened to be in the area of another Subway that my company does not own. I got a... 6-in chicken bacon ranch and they gave me two slices of cheese instead of the standard four slices, I asked for it toasted andit was double toasted against my wishes, I asked for light mustard and they gave me extra mustard and I asked them for salt andpepper and nothing came out of the Shakers because they never cleaned their lids. There were two people working and there was afat line and they were just moving as slow as molasses and I will never come back to the subway again! I highly recommend goinga little bit out of your way to locations such as 83rd and deer Valley and other subways this one is extremely unclean andunprofessional. I know it's just a sandwich shop but when you come into a location where I am working I will try to make yourday better and put a smile on your face, alongside making you a mean and tasty sandwich that has been prepared following all FDAregulations. Two young gentlemen working mid shift on 01/28/2022. They were really busy but handled the store just fine. they were quick,... courteous and attentive and they deserve a thumbs up! With this location it's all about the current staff which results in a hit or a miss for the quality of your sandwich. We've had... employees so focused on having fun with each other that they barely acknowledged your presence. Once, they had come from behindthe counter and couldn't find the key. So one hopped upon the counter and slid around to jump off on the other side. Did theyclean the counter or wash up after? NO. Sometimes they are out of ingredients. Sometimes the meat is bad. It's not unusual toget only a couple slices on a sandwich. Thankfully, today was a good day. Very accommodating staff who worked well with eachother. They were very engaging. They made my sandwiches exactly the way I requested. If I'd had more cash they would have gottena bigger tip. The new steak sandwich was well seasoned, minimal grissle, and the right proportion. I should have gotten extracheese because they only take one slice cut into quarters for a sub. The place was clean. The workers were masked and gloved upas they should. It was a good experience.
