VERY disappointed!! This is the only location I only ever go to and I always order the same thing! I have no idea what they gave... me this time and they even remade the order! I always get the surf & turf burrito with no guac. I asked for it on the side, theyhand me the burrito but no guac and confirm that it is in the burrito so they remake it and give I?d back to me still with noguac on the side. Whatever. I get home and start eating it and it has rice and corn in it?! What?! Eww! This burrito doesn?thave rice in it! Also there?s no pico and no cheese. Oh and NO fries!! I?m so mad! I'm dissatisfied because I asked for a giftcard and the guy said I can't do it I don't have the codes only a manager can do it.... If you're a closing employee you should know how to do everything. So that was a $50 sale you missed out on cause I'm notdriving all the way back there the next day. Read more
So I entered it ranked as if some one left the old tuna out on the counter... also very high prices like come on 32 for 2 plates... and it was rolled tacos and 3 street tacos burnt food over cooked ..and tasted like the meat was burnt .. they have a total of 8drinks to select from .. hope u light Blain food some one doesn't cook well ..all the table were dirty the lady working thecashier talks like she is at a football field loud as hell.he'll.. the floor slippery and gross .. tv doesn't work .. had toreturn 2 tacos ???? because they were discussing. Disgusting!!! We went to get some food. The meat in the street tacos looked almost green and smelled like roadkill. Went back... in to give them their food back and get a refund. The big gall inside had an attitude, like how dare you not eat our nasty foodand like it. Seriously??? Anyway we gave them everything we ordered back accept for the bite I spit out in a napkin for fearof becoming ill if I swallowed it. They still did not refund my order like they said they would. I ordered ceviche tostada at this location. I asked the lady why is it so small? This is size like taco bell bean tostada.. I... told her in mesa location, this is three times the size.. She said, "that's the to go order".. Make mine to go then.. Sherefused.. I asked to change it for something else.. She called over manager. She also refused to change for another food.. Iasked for my money back because this is not a freaking NINE DOLLAR TOSTADA! Absolutely shameful behavior. Order was $19 withsmall drink and 3 rolled burned tacos. Never come back. Read more
Not sure what?s going on with this franchise but it seems none want to open when they say they are open. I have come to 3... different locations and all were not open on time. I?m guessing the employees don?t want to work or the conditions are not good. Just be open when you say you are. Employee showed up 15 min late and didn?t open the store it?s now 30 min after opening on7/24/22 and the guy who opened went in with a woman and still hasn?t opened the restaurant. I hope the owner sees this andrealizes his employees are not doing him any real service and don?t care about his business.
