This place is well worth the stop! Not only did I have a delicious pizza last night, I found out this morning that my wallet... was gone?! It fell out of my pocket & was left inside all. Not only do they have fantastic food, they have a wonderfullyhonest staff. They found my wallet & kept it safe until this morning when I returned to ask if they had found it, which theyhad. Anyone who is in Sun City AZ, needs to make it a point to stop by this terrific little bistro. I'll be forever gratefulfor Paulie and his staff!?? Read more

So disappointed. We used to have their pizza @ last 1 x week or every other. However, Monday's pizza was not the crispy pizza we... love. The crust was different? Cutting corners or pre-made type? The sauce was spicier than the usual palate too. So it kindaruined it for us. I'm glad we had a salad made. Also....There was a frying pan with food stuff in it , on the counter( onions orsomething) and a big spoon in it?? When I asked the staff about it....was told it was "scent"?????????? Read more

We are from Wisconsin and moved here to Sun City 2 years ago. Been trying different pizza places with no luck to our liking.... Now we have had pizza from Paulie?s twice and both times it was great. Thin crust cooked perfectly and tastes great. We will begoing back there for sure. Only thing bad is no delivery but that?s probably cause people don?t want to work now a days. ThankYou Read more

The Buffalo wings were breaded (it didn't say that in the menu), the Ranch sauce I asked for as a dip wasn't brought out, and... the Buffalo sauce they brought out was absolutely horrid. I can't even describe the taste, but trust me. We spit it out. I gave2 stars for the calamari since that was pretty much all I could eat and that was decent. Read more

Nice setting, friendly and welcoming staff! Alfredo was great! Sausage and peppers was good as well, but a bit surprised there... wasn't a red sauce. It didn't really have a sauce, olive oil I'm thinking. So heads up if you're expecting a red sauce with thatdish, you won't get it. The sausage was worth it though, could tell it was made in house! My husband took me to Paulies Little Bite Of Italy for my birthday. It was my first night out in several months as I've been... dealing with serious illness. The food was just as amazing as we remembered. A+ on the food and presentation. Service was aC/C-. The bartender was our server and we were pretty much ignored with my husband and I each taking turns going to the bar ifwe needed anything. The table next to us must have been regulars as they received excellent service. The server checked on theirtable 8 to 10 times yet we couldn't flag the server down to save our lives. My husband mentioned twice to her that it was mybirthday with zero response. We weren't even offered to look at the menu for dessert so we ended up leaving and getting adessert elsewhere. Next time it will be food to go for us. This is my 3rd and final edit. After the last experience, wedecided that since the food was so good, we'd give it one last shot and get the food to go. Well, when my husband got home hediscovered that he'd been given the wrong dinner. He received lasanga instead of eggplant parm that he had ordered. We calledthe restaurant and the owner, Paulie answered. He questioned wether or not we were sure that what we really had was lasanga andnot the eggplant and told us they can look similiar. Seriously? We know the difference. I offered to take a photo and send itto him. He said, oh, well I guess a mistake must have been made. Just ask for me next time you're in and I'll take care of it. Next time? There won't be a next time. Even if there was, how would we know he would be there when we went in? He shouldhave refunded the incorrect meal. Third strike. There won't be another time. Read more

Excellent food. Tasted fresh. Had chicken Genovise. Tiarramaso for desert. Rolls were soft and fresh. Everything was like home... made. We will be back! Also enjoyed all the photos on the walls and beautiful fans and chandeliers. Read more

First time there. Wife and I came on a Monday late afternoon around 3:30. Just a couple of tables finishing up. Our server Diane... greeted us and seated us. We looked over the menu's many options. We decided to keep it simple and ordered a pepperoni pizza. The pizza they serve is a very thin crust pizza. A great balance of sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Overall it was very good. Welike a thicker crust. We will definitely be back for more. Nice clean place decorated with an Italian theme. Nice backgroundmusic late 50's and 60's Read more
