Not girl making our subs. But the other girl making the subs for the drive threw kept laying her arm across the girl that was... making ours touching our subs with her arm. They were wearing hooded. Idk why it wasn't cold in there. I did see her lay herwhole entire arm on someone's sub shevwas making threw the drive threw.. I will never order threw the drive thru again.. I meanthe girl who made ours was friendly. But she never once told the other girl.do you mind not reaching over me? Which I'm thankingnow she was probably a manager? Idk.. slack if it was. Unless your hours are wrong on the website, and the people in Sumter that live by this establishment don't know what time you... close - how are you trying to close an hour ahead on time???? So to the fact that you don't have all meat choices available onthe bar, are almost out of the others and ready trying to close everything down. My daughter was trying to get a cold cut trio(y'all had no meat for), a Italian BMT (did not have meat for that either), cookies I can understand because those aren't alwaysavailable regardless of time of day. She ended up getting a spicy Italian sub, and a tuna sub. When I tell you, there wasn'tmuch Tuna on my sub when I opened it, it was pathetic. Then the lady that was trying to close down, was moving condiments, sothat the lady had to go find the mayonnaise to finish my daughters sandwich. Then she asked was this their last sandwich of thenight, she said yes, but got mad when 4-5 people walked through the door. 1st and last visit. I'll go uptown next time. Read more
This is my 2nd time at this location. I went through the drive through. Just hated I had to go to repeat my order because I... guess something happened with the machine. But I got what I needed. The people were nice too and made sure I had what I paidfor. Read more
The worst wrap I had ever had at a Subway. The lady was in q hurry, we were the only ones there, she had no cheese or herb... bread, no mayo, asked for extra cheese she added a half a piece of cheese total 3 to a foot long and charged the extra cheese,I asked for it to be heated up your very thoroughly it was just warmed up,the wrap was cold, I paid 22. I stop by to pick up a few subs for dinner for my family and the two young ladies that were there handling the customers at the... restaurant were professional and very kind. Both Brianna and Shante had their hands full trying to both serve the drive-throughcustomers as well as the parlor customers in the restaurant. It was afternoon rush-hour but about 5 o?clock and some of thepatrons were extremely rude and one even verbally abusive. I just wish the public would show a little bit more respect to youngpeople that work in these restaurants positions because their jobs are not easy. These young ladies deserve a lot of praise forthe way they represented your company this particular day, because I witnessed a lot of disrespect towards them from thecustomers that were coming through the drive-through. We visited in the evening, around 5:00 suppertime. It was the worst experience I've ever had in a Subway restaurant. Our food... was completely inedible, greasy and soggy. There were 2 sandwich makers who were very rude and impolite and were too busycutting up and acting silly to even be able to focus on their work. We complained to the manager, who tried to make things rightbut even her effort at remaking the food was a sad disappointment. Read more
