Drive thru socks. Inside wait suck. End up taking out
I was 3 cars from the speaker and it took me 27 minutes to fet through the drive thru. The lady in the window had to go fer my... drink from the lobby and got my order wrong. I bought a bucket of KFC on August 9. About 3:30 pm. I wanted dark original but got hard, burnt re -dipped chicken. I never... order extra crunchy , its too hard to eat with false teeth. Buy the time i got home i didn?t feel like driving back(I?m 82 yearsold.) i took the skin off the thigh but the meat was hard and dry. I don?t think i will ever go back. Traffic was backed up and when I got home, I had the wrong sides. Just thru them away because I didn't want to go back out.
Never heard of a KFC shutting down at 10, or not having anything on the menu.
My problem is the store is not open for dinning or the ability walk and order. The drive thru is rediculus, with price of gas,... the long wait time is unacceptable. The food is good that's why people show up. Owners get more involved, please. Read more
