So we just went up to ihop was sirting there for about 10ins waiting to be seated even though they weren't busy. Had 2 people... come in after us and they got sat and had their order taken before we even had the server come to the table for us. We have had up and down experiences at this location, but today stands out as likely the best ever. Terran is an amazing young... lady and a customer service superstar. Her attention to our needs was excellent and the kitchen crew was on point with perfecteggs and bacon. We hope today's visit is an omen of what future visits will be like. Read more
Maddy was my server today and she was hands down amazing! They were definitely busy for a Saturday morning, a small wait, once... sat was quickly greeted and she was absolutely amazing! It took almost 10 minutes for someone to even notice us standing at the counter to be greeted and seated. Then someone snapped... toward the back to 2 employees that weren't doing anything. They sat us. We constantly ran out of drinks and waitress forgotitems we asked for on 3 different occasions. At least the food was good which is why I didn't give a 1 star. Read more

It was so good. Price was reasonable for two people. I had there large breakfast called extreme. It came with 3 sausages 3 bacon... eggs ( I had scrambled ) with onion and cheese. It came with there special season pancakes ( ???? apple ala mode). See pics. Myhusband had the same but he had the pumpkin spice. Both were delicious. Our highly recommend them.. I have gone here several times and it's always the same thing. The staff is overwhelmed and running around like crazy, customers... are aggravated cause service is slow then when we receive our food it's usually cold, drinks don't get refilled. Our billusually runs about 50 ish dollars not including tip and that's for 2 people. Honestly for the food and experience it's notreally worth it. It's just not a pleasant place to eat at anymore in the evenings. We love IHOP, but after we ate there Satnight we decided we won't be back for a while. Hopefully whatever the owners, management, and staff have going on they can pullit together as a team and run a good establishment. Hire help. The staff was working but service was so slow, sloppy, andrushed. Not a typical IHOP friendly establishment. And this definitely wasn't the first time. We hope to have a betterexperience in the future, but for now we will visit another location. Read more
