Customer service was awful. Had to go to counter and ask if our food was ready. 2 people who ordered after us, had picked... theirs up. Ours was waiting to be brought out. It was cold and staff acted like it was a bother to serve us. Won?t be back. Ididn?t want to even give a 1 star Read more
Terrible service. I waited 15 minutes inside for someone to even acknowledge me standing at the register. A worker look me in... my face and told me to hold on after I?ve been waiting for 15 mins already. Not to mention my parents food was under cook. Themanager never acknowledged us or try to make things right. I wouldn?t recommend anybody to come here for food. It?s over pricedand just terrible costumer service. Read more
I know this is a fast food place and I shouldn?t expect much, but I don?t expect this place to mess up my order not one but four... times. I asked for a cheeseburger with ketchup and pickles only, the first one was all the way and I took it back, the secondone was also all the way so I took it back. The third one had only the ketchup and pickles, but no cheese on the CHEESEburger.At this point I knew they were annoyed with me and asked for a slice of cheese just to put on the burger, and the manager gotannoyed and went back there and made the burger herself and still didn?t put any cheese on it. Lol right? I now have two plainburgers with no cheese and I?m buying some cheese to fix this myself on my way home. How hard is it to put a slice of cheese ona cheeseburger? Read more
Stopped by at 930pm after a long day I needed some food. I love this Hardee's for breakfast. Unfortunately, I was not very... satisfied with a stake bun and dried up burger. The fries were fresh, but there was no salt on them. Truthfully for $13 I wasexpecting a lot better than this even late in the evening. Hardee's Sumter, I still love you for breakfast, but it will be awhile before I eat dinner there again. Read more
Clean and updated decor. Parking lot was very clean. Food was hot and fresh. Quite a bargain. A double cheesburger, fries, hot... dog, drink, and cookie for $6! That was plenty for two people and we went large and ordered an additional medium drink for atotal cost of $9.77. Read more
