I ordered yesterday at 3:30pm and didn?t receive my pizza until 5:45pm, by the time I got it the cheese and toppings were hard... and the pizza was gross. Couldn?t get through to talk to someone yesterday so called today and was told since I can?t bring thepizza in for a refund I can?t get my money back. Why would I drive and waste my time and gas when your store made a mistake.I?ve reached out to the corporate office as well because I truly believe this should have been handled better. Read more

We ordered 8 pizzas, wings, salad and 2-two liters. We received everything but the cokes. I called and talked to a team member... and was told it would be an hour and our drinks would be delivered. It?s been literally two hours and I can?t get through toanother team member to let them know we still have not received our drinks we paid $6 for! Needs better management. And what if ur driving, U can't place and order safely right? So a phone call is the next move right...... wrong. Waited over 45mins until I hung up the phone. Meh. I chose the Express Lane option on my pickup, still had to wait.. counter girl had an attitude for whatever reason. Then I... got home & I?m missing a chicken nugget. Same old Domino?s, more trouble than it?s worth. Read more
A week ago we ordered pizzas online. When we got there to pick them up they were not done. I waited for over thirty minutes for... them to finally get me our order. Only to have one stone cold pizza and one that supposedly had to be recooked three times. Iwas offered a ?free coupon? for the next time I ordered pizzas. When I called to use the coupon I was informed it didn?t exist.I?m sorry ma?am. We will not be using this dominos for our pizza dinners again. Read more
I was so impressed with this team! I called on Wednesday to put in a very large order for my son?s class. The lady I spoke with... made sure I had a great deal and plenty of pizza and brownies for the whole class! She had the best attitude and great customerservice! I arrived at 11:15 am on Friday and everything was ready for me to pick up. I take that back. They were just finishingup cutting the last pizza when I came in and all the pizzas and brownies were hot and ready. Everyone was super nice andhelpful! Thank you so much! Food was ready but not kept warm due to the workers having all the warming stations doors open so the store stays warm instead... of customers food. When we walked in every employ had airpods in and couldn?t hear us walk in and just blankly looked at us.After us asking for our order several times one employ who was the only one making pizzas got us our order. This is not thefirst time the employs have no regard to customers and no care to do they?re job properly. Read more
