The service was horrible and they were very slow. The girl in the drive thru was so rude. My burger was good though.
Burger, chicken sandwich, cajun fries, and milkshakes were all delicious. Drive thru line did move rather slowly and the... employee was very difficult to understand through the intercom. I think they probably need a new system. I can see how the drivethru lines could be confusing for first time customers. Far left lane stays straight and far right lane goes around thebuilding. They have the most amazing shakes. Service usually moves pretty quickly and staff is cordial enough. I like the cheese bites but... not a big fan of their entrees. Read more
Went by on Saturday July 2nd to get my granddaughter a milkshake. Waited in line 16 minutes! When I got to window and asked how... I was I said I was better before I waited 16 minutes for a milkshake! She never said I am sorry, we are busy.... just got anattitude with me! Was a very poor representative of Cook Out. Two stars due to service! If you're the owner of this burger joint, do yourself a favor and randomly go through the drive-thru... like you're just a normal customer on their lunch break. I love cookout, the food is usually on point, as it was this time, butsome of your employees, I'm sure will do their job to the best of their ability if you're looking over their shoulder, theminute they're not being watched they don't care. I know times are hard but this is ridiculous. The last 3-4 times we have come to this cookout, the amount of food we get in our... order keeps getting smaller and smaller. And tonight is the worst one yet. We ordered a Chicken quesadilla tray with extra sauceon the quesadillas, and a double order of white cheddar bites for the side. As you can see from the pictures there is no sauceon the quesadillas and hardly any chicken. And the amount of white cheddar bites we got is the same as what we would get with asingle order. This is ridiculous, the drive thru attendant was great but whoever is working the kitchen needs to either beretrained or let go because this is terrible. Read more
