After ordering at the drive through drove up to pay and the gentleman ask me if I ordered 2 sausage egg cheese corriasants 1 jr... burrito 2 - 3 PC french toast I said yes pulled up to collect my order didn't check the bag it was a simple order I figured itwould be alright. I didn't have half of my order. No syrup for the french toast so nevertheless someone at work didn't eatthis morning that was me. I was not a happy camper. Read more
A second drive thru was added. They couldn't handle 1 before now isn't twice as long getting served
Went inside to order. Stood there 5 min as manager talked. Asked who was taking orders. She replied I'll be with you as if I was... bothering her. She should've stated that when I first walked in if she working the register. New building same bad attitude andcustomer service. Read more
Apparently this is now the rodeo burger, whopper junior is bigger then this, place is a joke do not go there hungry
Sloppy service and sloppy food. The bread on my whopper was stale and the jalapeno poppers were fried so much that there was no... cheese left in them and the jalapeno was a dried green mess. Read more
They need to do a better job with the coffee, it is very weak. The Broad Street location coffee is way better. Seem they are... trying to stretch the coffee, because no matter when I go there, it's always weak. Read more
This is the absolute WORST burger King I've ever been too! Not only does the screen in drive through not show your order... accurately, but the staff are as incompetent and rude as ever! I got two breakfast meals with coffee, asked for cream and sugarand got sweetener instead of sugar, one of which at least were open and spilled all over my car door controls. food wasn't eventhat fresh, and my biscuit was over cooked.
