Customer service is great but $10 for a sundae and LONG wait times with only 1 staffer is no bueno.
The Indian female that works the window started yelling at me through the drive through window and slammed the window in my face... after giving me the wrong order and refused to answer the door and speak with me like a reasonable adult. I called this morningand asked for a managers name or if I could leave my number and she absolutely refused. 0/10 experience and will never again inmy life come here any more. Read more
Had the most unpleasant experience at Baskin Robbins in Sumter. Isn't BR supposed to be the best....isn't an ice cream shop... supposed to be a happy place...not this one. I visited on April 5 th 2022 at 1:45 in the afternoon, never to return. The womanat the window was extremely rude. She got my order wrong and then argued with me. I ordered one scoop with the BR sugarcone...she said waffle cone and I said no the BR cone like pictured on your shirt...she gave me a soft serve cone. I asked herfor the correct cone and and she said she would have to throw mine away and charge me for a new cone. It was her mistake...nothappy. Read more
No one answers the phone! Many time you drive there during posted business hours and it's closed! Recently trying to purchase a... special order cake for a celebration and they have the doors locked and want you to go through the drive through. Mind you thecake options book is bolted to the stand by the freezer. So are they going to pass the whole stand or book through the windowand make everyone in line behind me wait 30-45 min for me to decide??? would have to wait for 6 cars in order to even know whatthe options are. Probably for them to tell me there are no ore cakes! Ridiculous operations for a major chain and on BroadStreet which is always busy. Read more

Close early and don?t post signs or adjust hours. Have only one you man working by himself during the busiest hours on the... weekend. Owners need to get it together or this location will not survive like a lot of other businesses in Sumterunfortunately. Read more
