I love pizza hut I really do and usually get good pizza here..save for every single time I use my points reward for a free... item... No joke as long as the points program has been going I redeem an item and get and undercook or cold or something's offpizza or crusty bread sticks. I've taken a year or more breaks after redeeming something, this last trip was no different,redeemed a pizza got very undercooked pizzas. But hey great bread sticks! Sheesh.... Read more
Ordered wings and fries for carryout. The food was perfect. The issue was the pickup. Although there were 6 or 7 people... working, it took the better part of 10 minutes before I or another customer were acknowledged. The employees were working hardin the back but very clearly not wanting to meet our eyes to help us. Eventually another customer got the attention of areturning delivery person who retrieved our orders. we waited inside for our pizza, the tables had ants on them and I had flying bugs land on me twice. The ones making the order... dropped my pizza and then when it came time to remake it we?re talking rudely about how they weren?t even going to try to makeit as I ordered (extra sauce with tomatoes as the topping). Great customer service and if there?s ever an issue it?s corrected ASAP. Beats Dominos hands down. And let?s be honest, we?re... all tired of the attitude, poor delivery service, and excuses at DOMINOES PIZZA. Just avoid the NOID. Read more
Ordered some pizza at 11:30pm they said it would take a hour . And I said it would be fine and two hours later still haven?t got... are pizza 2:00 am and they charged my card You go to call them and they say there closed. Never order from them again. Read more
Store is poorly ran. Girls in back yelling the whole time about how they mess up orders or throw orders away by accident. I was... sitting there and actually heard them say they threw away the order for me on accident. Also yelling loudly about t heir owncustomers who ironically pay their checks. I get it?s tough times but so unprofessional and untimely. Ordered well ahead for ascheduled time and it was easily 30 minutes over the time with me waiting in the lobby. Read more
My whole life I can honestly say I've never had a bad pizza, until now. This was my first time eating pizza hut and it was... awful. The sauce, cheese and even the bread tasted terrible and it was way too expensive. Try Little Caesar's, it tastes goodand it costs less. Read more
