The chicken is okay, but my god what is up with the sides. Biscuits hard as rocks. Secret recipe fries are stale, hard, weird.... Mashed potatoes and gravy are just bizarre. Incompetent, rude staff. This place will take your order and not tell you they don?t actually have the item until after you... paid. This time I ordered a Diet Pepsi. The guy hands it to me and says it might not be good. It has no ice and he saysthere?s no ice available. Would I like a diet root beer? No. I would have liked what I ordered and in good condition. This place is the worst KFC I have ever been! I have been there 3 times in the last year and a half, every time the chicken... comes out like it has been under the lights for 3 hours, the toughest chicken in the county. I will never go there again andhonestly I can't believe with that bad of food the place is even open. Read more

Our food was great. The customer service was also great. We were the only ones in the restaurant at 5:45 pm. Both garbages were... over flowing. None of the tables were clean. I wiped one down myself. Last time we were there all the tables were dirty.Training needs to include a quick inspection and clean up. Read more
Supposed to be honey bbq chicken little instead got Bread with some breading with a ton of mayo and tiny bit of bbq. I swear... there is more pickle on this thing than chicken. And to add insult to injury it was $4! KFC used to he so good, and maybe thereare still l9cations that are, but every time I venture to this location, which has been maybe 2 or 3 times a year for the last 5years or so, they just disappoint. I think this might officially be my last try. And to top it off l, ice cream machine has beenbroken fir 5 years now. Have asked for a root beer float every time I have visited this location and their ice cream machine hasbeen broken every single time. With chic filet in town now it would not surprise me if they have to close the doors of thislocation in the not so distant future. Read more
Usually this place is great, however, just went here for food on black Friday, Sat at the speaker for 10 minutes with no reply,... then drove to the window, and saw that the lobby and cook area was completely empty. No idea if your closed, or not, but yourdrive thru headsets work for about 50-60 feet, which means there is no excuse for a customer to sit at the speaker for 10minutes, with no reply from anyone, and I wasn't the only car to have to drive away. Very displeased with the service, and verysad to have to leave a bad review. Read more
