The chicken is okay, but my god what is up with the sides. Biscuits hard as rocks. Secret recipe fries are stale, hard, weird.... Mashed potatoes and gravy are just bizarre. Incompetent, rude staff. This place will take your order and not tell you they don?t actually have the item until after you... paid. This time I ordered a Diet Pepsi. The guy hands it to me and says it might not be good. It has no ice and he saysthere?s no ice available. Would I like a diet root beer? No. I would have liked what I ordered and in good condition. This place is the worst KFC I have ever been! I have been there 3 times in the last year and a half, every time the chicken... comes out like it has been under the lights for 3 hours, the toughest chicken in the county. Usually this place is great, however, just went here for food on black Friday, Sat at the speaker for 10 minutes with no reply,... then drove to the window, and saw that the lobby and cook area was completely empty. No idea if your closed, or not, but yourdrive thru headsets work for about 50-60 feet, which means there is no excuse for a customer to sit at the speaker for 10minutes, with no reply from anyone, and I wasn't the only car to have to drive away.
