Nice and clean. Had a unwrap which is meat, cheese and lettuce in a lettuce wrap. Good.
Tl;dr: Rude servers, hair embedded in sandwich Used to be a great place for sandwiches with friendly staff but that has gone... all the way downhill. The staff are the most rude, detached, flaccid human beings I have ever encountered. It must be awful towork here because it is quite clear their souls have died. This culminates in terrible food quality. This visit was the firsttime I'd been here since I found a long blonde hair (I am not blonde) embedded in the center of my sandwich. Fortunately thistime I was only treated to the usual slow, soulless service and a tuna sandwich that might as well have just been celery. Idkwhat management is doing, but I don't think I'm ever coming back as long as those employees are working there for fear ofcatastrophic food poisoning because of how much they clearly DO NOT care. I come here occasionally when I forget lunch since it?s the best to-go option in the area. Usually they?re rude, dismissive, and... slow. They?re also closed a lot during listed business hours. Recently I went and I got the worst food poisoning in my life.I?m positive it was from here because I ate the sandwich for dinner and it was about 12 or so hours later the next morning whenI got horribly sick. My husband and I eat the exact same food and whenever one of us gets sick from something we both do. Hedidn?t get JJs and didn?t get sick. This has to be one of the slowest Jimmy John's I've ever seen. Even when ordering in the shop, they take like five to ten... minutes finishing a three sandwich order. And then the sandwiches fall apart or just overall look bad. Save your time and moneyand go somewhere else. Read more
It's a great place and the sandwiches are delicious. When I went to Jimmy John's I got the number 7 and it was so good. They... also have a lot of very fun to read decorations while you wait. The only thing that was not ideal is the pickle I ordered, ittasted like Windex. I think it was just a bad pickle because I've heard they are really good. Read more
They forgot to cut one sandwich in half but not worth reducing a star. New Chicken Cesar wrap was a great second option when you... want to switch things up. I suggest ordering extra cesar due to the large amount of lettuce. Read more
Love Jimmy John's. Gave a 4 star only because on occasion their delivery drivers get lost and can't find our house. I usually... order the JJ Gargantuan and my wife orders the Beach Club. Extra onions add bacon and add hot peppers. You won't bedisappointed. You can also go on and buy day old bread for cheap. Have to try these new hand sliced pickles though. UPDATE: a year later, and I just got a call informing me they have no drivers available. This is the fifth time in the past... few months this has happened. I even ordered through DoorDash, thinking that they had partnered because of the staff shortage. But no, even though the dasher would come to them and pick up my order (and even though they are listed in the door dash app!),JORDAN insisted they could not give my order to any other service. Then he suggested that I just stop ordering from them at all.There was no apology, no manners, just snide remarks. I have been a loyal customer for a long time, and I tip extremely well. But I think I'm done with this business. Original Review: I have loved JJ's for years, and still do. I usually order theGargantuan as an Unwich (with cucumber and hot peppers added), and, if you know anything about how that's made, you know it's apain in the neck to get all that stuff inside the lettuce wrap. They do it without complaint every time. It's true thatrecently the service hasn't been freaky fast, but they are dealing with the same pandemic as the rest of us, while having tobalance an uptick of orders and a shortage of staff, so I am pretty understanding about it... Besides, my sandwich isn't gonnaget cold or anything lol. My only complaint is that they stopped making the Frenchie. I loved that sammich. Read more
