Called ahead to order. Everyone was friendly and thorough. They offered plates, cups and silverware- which was really... considerate. Food was fresh and hot. Really great GRUB!!! The Cod baskets are reasonable and the chicken tenders are really good. The new Fry's have a really great... taste to them. Love the Coleslaw, great taste and food is fresh. Give yourself some extra time if you want any of the Codbaskets, it's just simply because it takes a few extra minutes. It's NOT because they are slow, it's because they're doing itright. The food is fine, just like any other KFC. I took away 2 stars for the rude girl who brought my food to my car when I had to... wait for it to be made. When I told her I got Pepsi instead of Root Beer, I got the death stare and was told to wait for it. Shefinally came back saying that the guy at the order window said I had changed my order at the window, which was not true. Shegave me my drink, whipped around and never listened to a word I said. She was the rudest, most unpleasant person! How's that forcustomer service?! They probably don't care that I won't be coming back. Read more

Mia was awesome ! Excellent customer service . However I went to same location about a year ago and my to go order was wrong ,... called and spoke to Manager Charles . He took my name and said I could come in and get replaced for free. 3 days later I went inand spoke to him he denied ever having the conversation and said he would send certificates or vouchers in the mail that hewould have never said what HE HAD SAID ! he took my address and I never received anything ! He likely ate my replacement mealjudging by the looks of the guy . Real a hole . BUT Mia was awesome ! Read more
Service was prompt, servers were courteous and my order was delicious! The dining area was clean.
You walk in to a sticky mess, then there's a sign on the window that is false advertising because it says $5 A&W box, yet you... ask about it and all there $5 options are KFC?! And what happened to the old fashioned root beer dispenser that make it so youcan get more then just foam? So we ordered anyways and the frustration are just greasy and the burger is flavorless, I actuallyhad to appreciate the mustard to get it choked down. Very very disappointed Read more
