Poor service, the manager is not friendly at all. She really shouldn't be in customer service. She rushes you at the window and... gets mad when you ask for a minute to look at the menu. Stopped with my truck to get the breakfast and some extra goods for the rest of the day , and before order went to the restroom,... was open , lady blocked me before entering and said no can?t use it no for public only employees only!!! This place needs to be shut down. The management and customer service is basically non existent. The workers are not focused on... there job/ task at hand. Instead they only care about there phones and show obvious attitude towards any customer that walks inthe door. I can't even begin to stress how much they don't care about messing up people's orders, If I can give a negative 10 would. Read more

Very racist, Very bad customer service, on 6-13 2019 the lady working the drive through was very rude for no reason , also... she said that Dunkin dont have coffee mixing straws. I don't really care for giving reviews most of the time, but this was honestly the shittiest coffee and service I've... experienced. I ordered 3 coffees and payed for all three only to have the lady tell me i can only order two in the drive thruand if i want the third one i would have to get out and go back into the drive thru. It took them forever to come with thecoffee and there was no customers inside so its not like they were super busy. I asked for cream, sugar and whipped cream in allof them and it seems like they barely put any cream and no sugar and no whipped cream. The coffee itself tasted like ass. Theyare fake news. Read more
