Ordered 2 Steak and Eggs, almost $40 for both meals. Waitress only put 1 steak in bag with all of the sides. (Sun 11:39... pm). Called store number to report it, number specifically says that they do not accept customer calls ( Mon 12:45 am). Stoppedin Monday day, was told by cook that there IS no manager but that the team lead would be in the next day (Tues). My brother (who paid for both steaks) stopped in on Tues but was told by the cook that the team lead spoke to her Manager(???) and was toldto not to reimburse for the missing steak; that she would just be giving food away for free. NO recourse if there is a problemwith your order after take out ( Phone number that basically tells you that they will not be speaking to you.) & Extreme lack ofcustomer service even in an instance of their own employee's incompetence. Brother ate there often but only my 3rd or 4th visithowever we will both not be returning. Oh, and the one steak we did get was not cooked like we asked, overcooked. Read more
Food was just ok today for this time and location. Coffee mug wasn't that clean, place was not as clean as other locations...... Waffles had burnt edges... Scrambled eggs were barely scrambled.... Read more
Going to Waffle House in a hurricane is a must do. Just be sure to be safe and be kind to the staff (and tip nicely too). While... the wait was a bit long, Hurricane Ian was just hitting the area when we went in. Despite this, once seated the service wasgreat, the food was ready quickly and tasted great. Sure it's not the best waffle in the world but it's far from the worst. Read more
Went there to get four AllStars Meals,one steak melt and extra waffles.Got to the house,(no)sausage like I order for four meals... and the food was okay,gave waitress 20$ dollars in tips,and wasn?t even satisfied. Read more
I took my family here on June 4th and I won't be coming back. The two young ladies from night shift was incredibly rude and... racist. The dinner was incredibly dirty and unprofessional. They always complain and harass the customers. Extremelydisappointing and seriously need to fire the two young lady. They should take lesson from restaurants next door to them. They dotheir job and they are very professional. Read more
Went for a late dinner, got the 2 eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast and 2 waffles breakfast. Delicious, filling and inexpensive!!... The wait staff was courteous, friendly and professional, checking on our needs regularly. Great experience and totally worth thedrive!! Read more
Visited after 10pm on a trip from Texas. Everything was going pretty decent until we noticed a roach on the floor. Made the... waitress aware of it and she was not concerned. Said they come in from outside and did not make an attempt to do anything aboutit. We paid for the meal and left. Will not return. Enjoy your meal folks! Read more
The food and service was good as usual. However, a little more deep cleaning might need to be in the future.
