I was disappointed. Just about everything felt like they simply heated up some frozen food. The lasagna was like warm and felt... like it was missing actual pasta. The parmesan dippers lacked flavor (they tasted like just dough). the buffalo chicken oncauliflower crust again was look warm. The cheese bites were still cold in the middle. The pepperoni pizza was the highlightwith some really good sauce! I'll give it one more shot and try some more of their pizza. But don't get anything else off theirmenu! Read more

I'm only going to comment on one thing for this review. The kids ravioli. Three ravioli? Are we serious with this? This is not... enough food to satisfy anyone. Please consider modifying your portion sizes on the kids menu. Read more

Cool vibe in the bar area. A bit bummed they had a really small wine option (where are the Sauvignon Blanc fans??) but I did... find a fresh vodka option and hubby had an IPA. Our bartender was new but really friendly. The hot Spinach dip was a perfectstarter and the Mega Meaty was pretty good. Not sure if they make their marinara from scratch, but I think the pizza could usea bit of a kick to it. I would imagine this place is hoppin? for fall football games. We sat at the bar and I can say theywere FLOODED with to go orders the entire time we were there on a Monday night. Read more

Sat outside because of the puppy. Flying insects takes a little getting use to. Great Steel City Pizza. Service was adequate for... late night (9:10pm) on a Saturday. Read more

Experience/atmosphere/service: 5 stars Pepperoni Pizza: 4.5 stars. Better than most, excellent crust texture, good crust taste... (no flour or corn meal taste but it lacked something), excellent doneness on Pepperoni with some having charred edges giving youthat great crunch, cheese was great, great cheese string out, good grease roll off (this is a good thing, nobody wants a drypizza). Sauce was slightly above average, maybe it was too little sauce. Overall I would rate this in the top 5 pizzas in thearea. I have 3 pieces for lunch tomorrow we will see how it reheats. If it reheats well it could move to top Update on reheatedpizza: Since most people will reheat a pizza in the microwave on 100% power, I decided to run a comparison test. I reheated 2 inthe microwave and one in a preheated 450 oven on a pizza stone for comparison. As expected the oven reheat was great. Iexpected the microwave reheat to be limp and chewy but it actually reheated better most pizzas I've had for leftovers. Yes itdid have that telltale microwave limpness to it but not rubbery at all Read more
