I have been coming to this Canes for over 7 years and tonight has been the worse customer service. The young girl in the second... window had a horrible attitude and was rude. I had to go inside because I was given undone fries (they were white). As I?mwalking through the door, the door is dirty and the floors in the waiting area are filthy! Food is phenomenal always crispy. Sweet tea is the best in the area. HOWEVER, someone that works the register is scamming or... part of a scamming scheme. First time at a canes upon someone's recommendation. The chicken seemed freshly cooked based on temperature and flavor, so did... the fries. The coleslaw was tasty. The famous sauce is also very good, even if you're not a fan of sauce. The location was alsovery clean inside and i saw multiple team members walk around at various times throughout my stay. I?m usually satisfied with my food when I visit this location, but tonight I was very disappointed. Understanding that I did... visit the restaurant 25-30 minutes before closing. Tenders were warm and French fries were cold , told the employee about myfries and asked why it was given to me cold. He said we would of rather I have french fries than, no French fries, I get that, but why give it to me cold. What was it going to hurt to drop fresh French fries for 3minutes. My daughter has always wanted to try the chicken so, we ordered our food to go... on the way to our hotel 15 minutes away. The... drive thru was ridiculously long but we had no issue grabbing our masks and going inside. We didn't have a long wait. We orderedtwo combo boxes with extra fries instead of slaw. The fries were hot and crispy at first but soggy and bland by the time weactually ate... absolutely no seasoning at all. I didn't eat my chicken until the next morning, along with a waffle in thehotel. It was very juicy and flavorful. The Cane's sauce is better than other fry or secret sauces that I have tried (except forthat one location that's closed on Sundays). Read more
