The managers are all to busy talking in a corner instead of helping the team. The deli looks worse than a Dennys kitchen and the... bathrooms are horrible. No toliet paper in any stall. The air pump is always out of order and you have to fight to get yourmoney back when they say it works and it doesn't. It's just to much drama at this store. They are always out of everything! The floors, windows, and bathrooms are always filthy and the manager is rude. I see people... outside smoking more than at the registers helping people. I am glad they opened a new gas station across the street. I will begoing there from now on. Don't waste your time. Read more
This store is a joke. Always out of everything, drink and ice machines stay broke more than a McDonald?s ice cream machine on... top of being the most expensive gas station in the area. Will he very happy when Blue Water across the street opens! Read more
I'm 50 years old. The cashier (blue hair) asked for my ID to purchase beer. OK, I held it out for her to see it and she tried to... grab it out of my hand. I told her that she couldn't but that I would hold it while she looked at my birthdate. So, she puts aglove on and reaches for it again! I told her no and she angrily snatched the beer off the counter, even knocking one box over!She refused to sell to me since she couldn't hold my drivers license??? Not sure what is going on with all the bad reviews but I've never really had an issue at this Parkers and I frequent it pretty... often. I've been polite to the employees there and they've been polite with me. If I had to lodge complaints I can narrow itdown to two: 1. Mask wearing. Employees have masks but some of them keep them firmly beneath their noses which does no good. I'm not sure this is a ding on Parker's though, because the general populace still hasn't managed to figure this out itseems. 2. Their spicy "carolina reaper" chicken sandwich isn't really spicy usually. There are days when I get one that isspicier but for the most part I think I order spicy and end up with a regular chicken sandwich. Sandwich is still good, though. Read more
I was here around 3pm today, 4/11/21. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the attendant (because apparently you... don?t hire cashiers anymore).sitting behind the counter eating something out of a cardboard bowl, not in any kind of uniform todesignate that he even worked there. When I made it to the checkout, there was an elderly gentleman already there who neededassistance paying for gas and some other items with the self checkout (which is sadly the only option). The employee wasextremely rude and condescending to the guy, I have never witnessed that level of unprofessional behavior and blatant disrespectin any establishment. I will not be returning to this Parker?s. I?ve been to plenty of others that don?t seem to have theseissues, but based on the other reviews this location has a serious problem. Read more
There is barely ever receipt paper in the pump's and the cashier sneers at you when you go in and ask for a receipt. If they... don't want to be bothered with gas receipt's, they should do their job and put paper in the printer's at the pump's. I paid witha card so I wouldn't have to go in so their neglect causes inconvenience for all of us. I cant wait till circle k opens. Ireceived a response from the owner. It seemed as though they were genuinely concerned. I will give them another chance, but thisis not even close to the first time that the service was that poor. Maybe they will exchange the distraught employees withpeople who are fit to work with the public. We'll give it a try. I actually hope it improved because it is very convenient ,location wise. Went back to Parker's because of geographically convenience...and to give them another chance. Been back twicesince my initial review. Receipts printed at the pump both times. Thanks guys! Read more
First time inside store. Clean, friendly staff, chicken sandwich ok. Crispy, liked the pickles. I ordered sandwich through the... app, and waited in the designated area. Unfortunately the app order number did not match the preparer's number ??????? Since itwas the only order of its kind we shook our heads and she gave me my sandwich. Read more
