The food was REALLY GOOD, but the drinks were lacking. Our waiter Kelvin(I believe) was top notch! We really enjoyed his... attentiveness, though he was managing 5 tables by himself. I had the Wed special, which was delicious and not overcooked. Apparently, they only give military discounts on Thursdays...That was new for me to hear that from any restaurant. Read more
So, not many photos on this trip. But we ordered the steak, the Seafood Pasta, the seafood burrito. She crab soup. The... filet salad. Shrimp dinner. I'll say, Oscar's is normally a go to for me. But this has been my second visit that my mealshave been delivered to our table lukewarm. The only meal that was hot was the seafood burrito. And I must say it's definitelyworth a try. Will I go back? Yes. Because it's not the normal service that I'm used to receiving. I will be back to let youall know if they got a 3rd strike with me. Or if it's now redeemed. Read more
The restaurant was nice but the food had no taste. It was presented with an expectation of delicious but was not pleased at all... once I had a taste. This is what we left on the table which was basically the whole meal. The potatoes tasted as if they wereinstant potato and to much oil on the food. Read more
Amaziiing!! This was the first time me and my bf have been here and we were beyond impressed! Hostess and other staff were... great; our server Mikayla is TOP NOTCH. Truly. She is amazing. Very knowledgeable, so kind, and checked on us regularly. I am sograteful for her making this an unforgettable experience. And let me tell you? we ordered a lot. The food came out at theperfect times and all very efficiently done. Spinach artichoke dip was fire! Sweet tea was perfect and refills on deck. Frenchonion soup, Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes? all phenomenal!!! My bf got shrimp and grits and loved them. I got the veggieprimavera and it was soooo delish. Local beers on tap. we went on a weekday night around 7pm. It was a restaurant with an upscale atmosphere and ambience. The prices were pretty high... but not as high as fine dining. the quality was pretty good, it took five minutes for a server to come by and greet us, but icould tell she was very busy. As a server myself, she was very efficient, friendly and professional. Food arrived correctly andin a very reasonable time given that the restaurant was half full. the patrons around us were mostly about 45 years old. for 2bowls of soup, scallops appetizer (which was great) shrimp and grits (which impressed me, great flavoring) and a steak dinner wespent $101 before tipping. This is my second time here and I would say my first experience was definitely better. 2nd time around my food came out Luke... warm. My fries weren?t as fresh as I would like and the buttermilk crispy chicken was ok. A friend of mine ordered shrimps andgrits and she said it was good. I ordered crume brûlée and I wish it was warm rather than cold. Service was good and workersare really nice there. Read more
