My friend and I came here to meet up for lunch. When we arrived they told us there was a 10 to 15 minute wait which we were okay... with. The lady (she had braids) at the front took our name and put us on the list. Mind you they didn?t ask my phone number tosend a text that our table was ready or give us a buzzer to let us know.All the seats in the waiting area was taken so my friendand I sat outside and waited for our name to be called. 15 minutes go by and we go in to ask if they had called us and theanother woman (light skinned lady with curly hair in a slick back in a ponytail) rudely interrupts me and said I called thatname 10 minutes ago and almost refused to seat us. I was my not impressed with how unprofessional she was and the attitude shegave us. We finally get seated and our server was nice but couldn?t remember our order and kept forgetting to bring the thingswe asked for and took a long time to bring the check. From what I saw she was the only server who was serving customers. So Ithink this place needs to hire more people to help this young lady. We decided to try O?Charleys again after not returning for a few years due to past experiences. Upon entering- hostess sat us at... a dirty table. There was maybe 5 tables sat in the restaurant. They advertised chicken nachos app for 5$ when the Coca-Colanascar drivers finished in the top 5. The waitress had no knowledge of the special and when asked if they offer that special shestated ?I don?t know, I don?t watch that.? We went ahead and ordered it anyway with no pico & no jalapeños- to no surprise itarrived with all toppings (we did not send back) For our meals- We ordered chicken tenders, Cajun shrimp pasta, and a clubsandwich. It took a very very long time to get our food and during the wait, we did not see our waitress. The chicken tendersarrived dark appearing and very hard (the kids could not eat them because they were rock hard). The Cajun pasta arrived visiblycovered in a large amount of seasoning on the top. It was cold (not just warm, actually cold in the middle). The club was justokay. All of the food appeared to have sat under a warmer for quite some time as the cheese on the club was curled and clear onthe edges. Our waitress did not remove anything from our cluttered table and refills of drinks had to be asked for. Our bill was$60 and we felt the food was unappetizing and the service was bad. I have severe food allergies. My server and the cooks really took their time to make sure that my food was correct and safe and... not make me sick. My server was Sarah and the cooks were I believe Patrick and Jamey or Jamie not sure who was on my side as Iasked another waitress. I had grilled Chicken with balsamic. I am so thankful for them doing this for me because a lot of timespeople DO NOT PAY ATTENTION AND I END UP SICK. Very slow service when there was no one there eating , and the mac and cheese was the driest thing I?ve ever had you can make it... out the box better no cheese on it at all ! Read more

Came back after 3-year hiatus. Really sad how they got rid of my favorite flavored tea and Free Pie Wednesday. Complimentary... rolls showed up just before our entree's. Waitress said we didn't ask for them but she "brought them anyway." We now have to askfor those? Empty restaurant; very long wait. Small portions for the price. My "medium" steak came back well done. Had to waitfor another one. The second was cooked correctly but tasteless. Even my child's ketchup bottle was empty!! At least the seatswere comfortable. My stepson and I came for a late lunch this afternoon. Jo L was our server. She was AMAZING! She even apologized one time cause... she felt she was checking on us too often. Food and service were both very good. The steak was tender and cooked perfect (Iforgot to take a pic of the steak). My stepson got the apple cobbler and must?ve enjoyed it since it was all gone. My food was disgusting, I was suppose to get honey bbq and I just got pure honey. My food was old and cold. There was a... container with sour cream in my box with no lid and got all over my loaded fries.(I HATE SOUR CREAM). I asked for ranch therewasn?t any ranch in my bag that I ordered. I even called the restaurant to make sure they put ranch in there. And on my receiptit said that my chicken tenders is supposed to be tossed. OMG how have I never eaten here in 40 yrs of my life. It was amazing. I had the seafood combo platter ND was great. Fish ,... shrimp , crab cakes with fries and coleslaw. I will be back again. On top of that they have PURPLE HEART ???? PARKING . No onedoes that. As you enter there is a " missing man table " set up for solders missing in action.
