Come here every Monday and the portions are terrible for the price that you pay. It seems like the portion for meat is the... amount you give to a toddler. And they make a big deal when you ask for extra. I don?t mind paying the extra price but I dobelieve it is in my right for it to be a reasonable amount. Read more

Ever since the buyout that was either late 2020 or very early 2021 (can't remember the date), the food turned horrible. Moe's... was one of the only Mexican style restaurants for Mexican food I would eat at, but never again. It is sad that Moe's is beingran into the ground. Read more

We've been here a few times and the food is decent. Very similar to a Chipotle if you've never been. My biggest disappointment... is the cleanliness. Every time we've been, it's next to impossible to find a clean table (inside or outside) unless you want towipe it down yourself. And once, I went to use the restroom and one of the workers was tidying up. Not bad except she had tostand on the toilet seat to reach the supply cabinet and didn't wipe the seat down when she was done. Normally, I have no problems eating at Moe?s, but today I experienced unwarranted attitude from employees. I came in trying to... pick up my mobile order when I was notified by a nice female employee with purple highlights that my name wasn?t on the receiptbecause it had shown up as question marks, so she just needed to verify my order. After telling her was I ordered, I was waitingon the side for a few seconds when a short female employee with light brown hair decided it was best to have a condescendingattitude and raise her voice from across the restaurant to reiterate what I was told about the question marks as if I wasincapable of understanding. Soon after, another female employee with dark hair (who had already made me uncomfortable with herconsistent stare as I entered and walked towards the mobile order pick up area) asked if I wanted to see the receipt as if toprove they weren?t lying. I was completely confused on why I was receiving so much attitude and nasty looks from these womenwhen I hadn?t done anything to them. It is obvious that these two women assumed that I had an attitude over something as simpleas verifying that an order was mine when that was not the case at all. If I were the manager, I?d be extremely embarrassed tohave hired employees that have such nasty attitudes with customers that were just picking up their guacamole and queso. Read more

I go to Moes almost every Monday. Tonight I got my usual burrito and I got 2 soft tacos. The female putting food on is... ALWAYS AWESOME. i was watching this young man fixing the burritos and tacos ahead of me and he didn't know what he was doing. He couldn't roll the burritos and had to get paper towels to wipe excess off the foil and his hands. I was hoping he didn'tmake mine. Luckily one of the females that always remembers me came over and started helping him because he couldn't keep up. She made my burrito but then he took over my tacos. When I got home and opened the bag my taco was spilled in the bag. Thetacos had to be eaten with a fork. When I go again if he is working I will definitely ask for someone else to make my food.
