Every single time I place an order at this location, something is wrong. There?s no sauce in the bag, the sizing of my drink is... wrong, they give me the wrong order. Then they get mad at you when you check your food and receipt before you leave because it?takes too long.? Worst experience at any restaurant I?ve ever had. Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru for biscuits and fries, when 10 other cars... got their food before us, I knew they forgot about our order. I went inside where I was given an unwanted refund and kicked outby Ms. Tonya who is not fit to be a manager in any way. After I demanded her name for this unacceptable service she and otherstaff refused to tell me and threatened to call the police on me for doing absolutely nothing. The drive thru line was long, but to my surprise it went by very fast! My order was correct and fresh. I suggest downloading... their app - i got a free large fry. Plus, on the app they were offering a chicken sandwich combo for only $5. Read more
I always have to check my order for accuracy. I also order my own food from the kiosk as the cashiers rarely know the good... deals and charge you wrong. Otherwise it's McDonald's, everything taste as it should. Consistency is still there even afterso many decades. Read more
I have been to this location several times. This time I simply ordered a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich meal with a sweet tea... and a Big Mac just the sandwich. I get home and I open my sandwich and there is no sauce on it no tomato barley any lettuce atall. So I then open my Big Mac and there is no Big Mac sauce and it?s just a quarter pounder with cheese in the Big Mac box. Ithen tried to call this location several times with no answer and I got hung up on. Will not be going back to this locationuntil they get people that can do their job! Read more
