Sunday October 30th we decided to have lunch at McDonald's. We were parked and had to wait 20-25 min for cold unseasoned fries.... Got a Big Kids meal as advertised for my 9yo and didn't even receive the Jack-o-lantern thing that it was supposed to have. Instead of letting us know that they were out, they just put the order in a regular bag. Think again about going to thisMcDonald's on a Sunday. Read more
Do not eat here. The staff seems cool and I am sure they are hard workers, but I won't be coming back. I gave it a second chance... because I thought it was just a fluke that I found hair in my burger the first time, it was a super small piece probably aneyelash or something to be honest. The first time it was also right on the edge where the cheese melted so it is completelypossible it just fell off during packing. This time it was definitely imbedded in there and could've been a piece of arm hair,beard, or from their scalp. I do not think anyone intentionally put their hair in my food, but maybe they aren't wearing netcaps or something. I worked f&b and I get that sometimes this happens, but twice after a lengthy bit of time in between bothvisits? No, I don't think so. The worst part is that I checked the burger first before eating and I didn't see anything. If theonion piece hadn't fallen out I probably wouldn't have noticed, but it did and there it was. What?s the point of a Mobil order if I?m going to be having to wait 40 minutes inside this store to just get a frappe. I?ve been... here waiting for my order for over 40 minutes. They have no one at the cash register and they have 3 girls on break. I under youget busy but you would think the management would be better. Even Burger King has better service then this. They have beenhanding out other peoples orders and they where here after me. One lady came up to me and said, do you still need your order?? THE AUDACITY to ask if I still want my order after 40 minutes. Worst McDonald?s in town. Read more
This was your typical McDonald's, with lots of people standing in line waiting for what they ordered. They do have 4 kiosks now... so you don't have to wait to order you're food. They were slow the day I came in because of training. This McDonald's is alsoright off the highway, so always busy; however, perfect if you're on the road and don't want to get too far off track withyou're drive. Read more
Probably the least courteous/friendly McDonald?s I?ve ever been to?. Just bad attitudes. I do door dash and they had the lobby... locked so the next rule on that is go through the drive through. When I got to the speaker they just said ?the lobby isn?tlocked? even though I watched like 10 different people try to get in and it was indeed locked. I was given just a really poorattitude, then treated poorly when I requested they just let me get it from the window, considering you CAN?T just drive out ifyou?re already in the line?. Took a couple bites and wondered why the burger tasted off and fairly cold. Undercooked bloody burgers it is. Hope no one gets... salmonella. Tried to call multiple times with no answer before posting. Waited over 30 minutes for food, which wouldn?t behorrible if we got food we could eat. Just an amazing experience. Read more
Food not fresh at all came through when lunch started which was at 10:30 hear a guy yelling at them stating that it still... breakfasts they ignored him serve lunch anyway. Nuggets dry out and burger red yes red look at pictures it was the Quarter poundburger which they cook to order well someone doesn't know how to cook well done. Read more
I walked up to the counter and I heard someone say "just order at the kiosk right next to you " I wouldn't have thought they... were talking to me. Since no one looked at me to make eye contact... So I waited at the cash register... I waited at the cashregister because I don't want to use the kiosk.. So the same individual (perhaps a night manager?) Said to the other employeesstanding there next to him " is he still standing by the cash register?" Referring to me. This individual was definitelycommunicationally challenged.. There is an old saying " the customer is King" At this McDonald's the customer is the antithesisof a king. At this store the customer is the enemy.
