Ordered takeout. Food was delivered sooner than they estimated, a plus! Tastes great too. However we didn?t get one our meal... items and didn?t notice until driver had already taken off. Immediately called the store and was on hold for 15 minutes with noanswer - just hold music. Tried again a few minutes later and after five minutes on hold it started ringing, but after about tenrings I was disconnected. We will just dispute the charge due to inaccuracy. Read more
Nobody ever answers the phone and when they do they take your order and have you come up there and there is no order under your... name and not only that u wait in line for 30 minutes or an hour can see why its hard for drivers to make any tips here Read more
Perfect place to pickup a pizza; really enjoyed it. Prices are reasonable; you can clip coupons when you order online and elect... cash so you can just pay in the store when you pick up which is faster and convenient. Got a free order of cheesy bread forfilling out their follow up customer service survey which was a nice bonus. Will be returning here for sure! Read more
I've had horrible service at this location. The workers are rude and management isn't any better. I called to have a pizza... delivered and they said I was outside of the delivery zone but my neighbors get are in the zone. I'm 1 min out the zone and themanager tells me it's up to the delivery drivers if they want to deliver to me. So the drivers decide on who they deliver to. Ihave never known any company that allows the workers decide what they are going to do. This location has definitely lost me as acustomer. I could give them a zero I would. 1 out of 10 never trying them again. Read more
First time ordering at this location. Marcos has always been a favorite! We ordered due to my husbands birthday and I ordered... way in advance and they fulfilled the request accurately! Marco?s delivered in every sense of the word! From ordering over the phone, to delivering in under 35 minutes and the pizza was... so delicious!! It added to our already great Spring Break! My only regret is not ordering more pizza, we devoured it! Read more
