My time at Kickin? Chicken in Summerville, SC was a very pleasant experience. Our group of 8 was seated immediately. Our server,... Amethyst, was timely and on-point. My drinks never got empty, I got all the extras I asked for, and she was able to keep up withour table easily. The appetizer (fried pickles) arrived quickly, and she was able to carry A LOT of dinners at one time withoutusing a tray. Impressive! We were attended to frequently, but only as was necessary. She took pictures of our group upon requestand seemed happy to do so. Our food was delicious! I got The Kickin Chicken Salad along with 6 wings in Thai Chili sauce (whichis AMAZING by the way!). All of our checks were separate and didn?t have any errors. She brought boxes and to-go drinks asrequested and we didn?t have to sit and wait a long time for our change like happens at some other restaurants. I appreciate herknowledge of the menu, the fast & accurate service, and the attention our table was given. I will be eating at Kickin Chicken inthe future and will highly recommend this restaurant due to the tasty food and great service. 5 Stars!!! Read more
Had the opportunity to be served by Georgia(our waitress)and I must say, She made our dinner very pleasurable. She was very... attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. The Burger was the Best ever....The chicken sandwich with bacon, bbq sauce and Cheddar cheese was oh so good! The only thing I... could say that needs improvement is training the servers on product knowledge and training the kitchen staff on balancing the inhouse and to go orders... We had to wait 30 minutes for our food as did others while they were cranking out the to go orders.Same thing as last time. But the FOOD was worth the wait. Read more

Just got 48 count of wings for Carry out for father's day. Got 24 naked... nasty and small very dry. 12 BBQ very small and dry.... 12 teriyaki nasty and very dry. Small wings with no sauce. For the price. What a joke. Very disappointed. Read more

We had Haley as a waitress, and she was AMAZING! We loved her! The food we had miner complaints about, our dip came out cold,... and the fried pickles were salter compared to their normal but may just have been an off night. The wings were great and wellsauced.
