We split the chicken and shrimp hibachi, did not enjoy the white sauce, tasted like sweetened mayonnaise... There were three... shrimp in the entree... The sushi roll was cut in such large pieces we had to cut each piece in half, the wasabi sauce was aboutthe size of a pencil eraser. Read more

Unfortunately I was not pleased at all with my food. I ordered the hibachi chicken entree for takeout $16. First off the chicken... was all super fatty thigh meat and the sauce was a weird flavor. It reminded me of the cheap stir fry places in the mall butworse. The fried rice was dry and tasteless and it was basically off colored bland rice not what you consider fried rice at all.I was hoping I had found a reasonable place to eat but I have no plans to order from here again. There steak bowl is good and I would recommend getting that if you?re here, make sure to get the yellow sauce. As far as sushi,... I wouldn?t recommend getting tuna, def not fresh. I tried the dynamite roll which had tuna and it was really good. The crispycrab wonton are great as well. Read more

This was my 1st time eating at Kanji restaurant. It was nothing to brag about. I had the crispy combo. It was hard to tell what... kind of sushi I was eating. As for the shrimp rice bowl. The rice was hard and the shrimp were over cooked. I don't think I willbe going back. Read more
