I hate to be negative but this restaurant is way too expensive for a lunch. Two people got a burger and fry and my bill was $37.... On top of that they charged me 10% sales tax. Is this legal. As far as the deliciousness goes, it is spot on! When my order was wrong they corrected it and the manager was very nice about... it. A little overpriced however to really get a good meal anywhere now is between $9-12. And their burgers are good! Read more
Filthy! Pile of ice under the only ice machine that works because most of the pop is flat and the rootbeer came out clear. We... got 2 burgers all the way which should be with grilled onions and mushrooms...mushrooms were cold like they just came out of acan and onions were raw. We also ordered a large fry for 6.99 because most 5guys fill the cup and put a scoop in the bag... NOTHERE! Cup was not even full! Worst 5guys ever! Read more
Multiple issues in Five Guys on Main Street Summerville. 1- Lawyers dream- the floors were leaking water but only saw one... ?caution sign in the corner? once you walked in and got done ordering. So multiple puddles all over the place. 2- ordered asingle patty Cheeseburger ? plain? ordered a 100 times and get a regular cheeseburger plain This time I got a patty? just apatty. Manager claimed it was a new person today taking my order. If she isn?t trained she shouldn?t be taking orders. She putmy order down as a plain patty. 3- it?s pretty dirty. The food was good, it really was. Without a doubt though, one of the filthiest restaurants I?ve ever been in. The drink counter... had trash all over it, every table in the room was dirty, trash and food all over the floor. Peanut shells all over the floortoo. Can?t imagine what the bathrooms looked like. My only complain about five guys is the price. You are going to pay between 8 and $10 for the hamburger alone. When you add... french fries and a drink you are now going to pay about 16 to $17 a person. My husband and I went and both got the double pattyburger, french fries, and drinks. Our bill was $38. I just think that is a lot to pay for hamburgers and french fries. Thehamburger is delicious but pricey. Read more
Good customer service. Burgers are large, but fries come in cup, and the medium size will only feed 1 person. A little pricey.
5 workers and a manager here, 1 person before me and it took 14 mins to get my cheeseburger and fries. That's pathetic. Food was... fresh and tasty though. I won't be back Read more
