I love this Dunkin location! The employees are always so nice and the tea here always tastes great. I have had enough horrible... experiences had the location near Carnes that I will now drive out of my way just to go to this one. I went through the drive through this morning and ordered a 50 count munchkin. I asked the flavors that were available to which... I ordered chocolate, powdered, cinnamon, and the pumpkin. I must say I was fairly disappointed when I got home and opened thebox. No cinnamon or pumpkin we?re given. I understand if they were out but I wasn?t told anything nor was I given the option topick my replacements. Instead half my order was filled with glazed which would have been fine if their was any glaze on thedonuts. Now I have a half a box on plain donuts. Read more
Waiting in line for 5 minutes and nobody said can I help you. Instead they continue to ignore customer. Manager please train... the team to approach every customer with a smile and say hi! This is the Last time I come here and truly the counters are dirtyand sticky. Good luck Read more
Mobile ordering available for "walk-in" but doors locked with no sign indicating inside is closed. Defeats the purpose of mobile... ordering if you have to sit in the slow moving drive thru line anyway. Read more

It's a little smaller than the other nearby Dunkin, but the place is well laid out, the menu is extensive, there is seating and... the staff is helpful & inviting. The fact the donuts are excellent is another reason I will keep this place near the top of mylist Read more
The employees are always greet me when I walk in and very friendly. The donuts are fresh and they put the perfect amount of... jelly in them. I make a point to drive here vs going to the Goose Creek location. Read more
