This place doesn't even deserve 1 star The first time I went to this new Chic-Fil-A i waited behind 2 cars for 20 minutes to... get my food. There was confusion about who was "running out food." I get that they just recently opened and are working out thekinks. But it was very annoying. Today, tried to go there again, put in my order, and when I got to the window not only had theyLOST my order, breakfast was over and I could either order lunch or get a refund. I have never had an issue with a Chick-fil-A. This one didn't seem to run as smoothly though. It was a 30 minute process from... ordering to receiving my order. I had to remind the runners about 2 drinks and 3 ice cream cones. It could be that since it is anew location they need to find a good rhythm. Read more

I understand they are new but we have had issues 9/10 times we?ve been there, with it getting worse each time. Multiple times... I?ve waited 30-45 minutes for a mobile order. We get there is a learning curve but what?s not ok is how the issues are beinghandled. There?s no leadership & it?s chaotic. The team leader was very rude each time. This store is clearly not training theirstaff to have the level of customer service most chick fil a stores have. I hope they can improve. Read more

Slowest chick-fil-a on the planet! Count on at least 30 min in the drive through minimum. It isn?t new anymore. Do one line if... you can?t manage two! Update: took us 1 hour 10 min. Ice cream machine broken (person taking orders didn?t know?) missing friesin order, and wrong drink. Zero stars. Azalea Square from now on. Read more

The worst ran Drive through experience in all of my chick fil a visit in the history of my life and I?m a signature member so I... go often! Currently have been sitting in this drive through for an HOUR!! The drive through is ridiculous and poorly executed.The employees aren?t even walking down the line to take orders like they should be doing. And then the line gets funneled backinto one lane so what was the point of building a DOUBLE lane order if you aren?t going to use it. Then when we finally get tothe person to take our order ?Sorry Breakfast is over? I put in a mobile order 30 mins ago and have been sitting in this linefor nearly an HOUR! Someone from corporate or somewhere needs to come train this staff ASAP this is beyond frustrating and ithappens EVERY TIME. I don?t appreciate my time being wasted especially on. Saturday morning. Slowest Chick-Fil-A I?ve ever visited which is unfortunate considering it?s a very new location. Sat in the drive-thru for close... to 45 minutes which is far from Chick-fil-A service standards hope management will change things around quickly. Read more

Service as slow, but they're brand new so I'm sure it will get better. Food was great as always. That said, are they really... counting these as nuggets? 12 piece meal is $10 and 5 or 6 were this size. Quarter for scale since I didn't have a banana. Read more

Fresh food and really friendly team! The egg white grilled was delicious with hot hash browns. Came back for lunch for grilled... nuggets and they were also hot and great with the yogurt parfait. Read more
