This was a great stop while driving through the area! My son and I stopped twice as we came and went. We tried two different... levels of heat for wings (honey Sriracha, then mango habanero) and both were very tasty, a great level of sweet heat! I also hadthe guacamole bacon burger with sweet potato fries one day and the Buffalo chicken sandwich the other day. Both were wellprepared and perfectly sized. The service was great, attentive and accurate. Definitely recommend Jefferson's to anyone passingthrough! Read more

We were on a road trip and stopped in out of the blue. The wings were delicious and I was hungry. I had 20 drumstick wings and... tater tots, and a tap beer. I couldn?t be happier with my choice and the service was excellent!!! Great value for my $$. My fivestar rating is based on how awesome my meal was, service provided, clean restrooms. My order was prepared swiftly. This is Not ahigh end 5 star restaurant, but for the quality of food and their ability to provide great superior service during a time whenthis is not a common phenomenon anymore. I have to change my review. I should've been looking at other reviews lately, and maybe I wouldn't have been blindsided. We... have been here a few times before with good food and not-so-great service. This last time, the service was good, but the foodwas awful. The chips and salsa came out with a huge basket of nothing but crumbs. We asked for some actual chips, they broughtback another basket that was, again, all crumbs. Like they had a bunch of almost-empty bags that they shook out. The friedpickles were so under cooked they were just a heap of moist, goopy pickles and batter. That should've prepared us for thewings... they were undercooked or something. Like internal temp was probably fine, but the skin was just gross. Look at myreviews from other places, I am truly not hard to please. So this was a really big disappointment, and that wing incident tellsme it'll be awhile before I can trust them again. Read more
Well the decline of Jefferson's at one time this location showed promise, but now it's about a hot mess. Not a shot at the staff... by any means. As of late the food is never consistent ( Raw Wings).... or a burnt burger patty. Then there no one monitoring thealcohol so you get people who're highly intoxicated. Sounds like that old building could use an actual safety inspection forfire systems and electrical hazards..... Kinda of problem with an owner that seems disconnected from his business.... hopefullysomeone will bring this to what it started as. Shame to see it's almost hops and haze 2 now.... just with Jefferson sign. Read more
I do enjoy their wings. But I ordered the shrimp plate and I am not that thrilled about the portion size of the shrimp. For the... amount of money spent on it, it should have been more. They only gave two hush puppies and they gave a good bit of Cole slaw. Mymom's fried oyster plate was much better than the shrimp one. Honestly, this place has some good portions and some not so muchfor the money. They need to work on their quantities of some items. Read more
Stopped in for dinner while in a family road trip. Walked in and no one really greeted us or told us where to sit. Had to ask a... customer if we just seat ourselves. I ordered the fish basket. Definitely frozen fish with and very fishy taste. Fries were wayover seasoned. I don?t know how anyone can eat them. While we were trying to eat we were overwhelmed with flies. To the pointwe just lost our appetite. The wife took the kids out to the car and I was sitting alone when the waitress asked if I neededanything. I said we were all set, but she did not bring the check. She came back a second time and asked if I needed anything. Isaid the check. When she returned with the check I told her there were a lot of flies in the restaurant. She just looked at me.No response. It was a waste of $60. Really enjoyed our visit! The food was good ,they where busy and the restaurant was clean , the service was friendly and on... target with our needs! Fried mushrooms, corn nuggets? where our appetizers. And I love wings so that?s what I got, and My songot pig in a blanket with fries, my daughter got hot wings and my boyfriend got the awesome looking sandwich and baked beans,Idid manage to take a few pictures to help though ????
