It has been a while since I stopped at mcdonalds while traveling. My wife and I stopped here and had two meals for $26. Maybe... I'm out of touch but this seems expensive for fast food. For my money ill be looking for better value. Read more

We stopped here last night around 9:20pm to grab some coffees and witnessed a worker not only leave the washroom without washing... her hands, but she then proceeded to stand around behind the cash registers constantly biting her nails in front of us and otherpatrons. She then started to make someone's Mcflurry, touching everything with her hands spreading around her germs from thewashroom and her mouth all over everything she was touching. It was really off putting to see and this was a perfect example ofhow sicknesses spread so fast. On a side note, I only know she didn't wash her hands in the washroom as I was in there as well.Very gross hygiene especially around food. Thankfully we were only passing through so we won't be back, but maybe a talk aboutthe importance of hygiene would be helpful for some of the workers. Read more

Night crew manager do not know how to speak with customers?.order food on drive thru and did not provided complete order and... when i told her that order js not complete she yelled and closed window ?. i never posted bad review eventhough have seen manybad service in this mcd but today that white young manager cross all limits?.again i placed order online and put 12 dippingsauces and she only provided 8 and told that you can never get more then this?.is this the way to speak with a customer? Very very worst service in this mcd in summerside. I went to drive thru and there was lady who was saying that she is manager... and she was very rude and gave incomplete order and did not taking order as professionally and shut down drive thru window infront of my face while i was talking with her. worst service !! I WANT TO GIVE 0 star but there is no option for 0. Please takecare of your night staff. They donot know how to deal with customers. Read more

I don?t understand how 2 chicken snack wraps is so hard to understand?. Ongoing issue for years. They repeat back the order to... you and everything! Yet I am always shorted my 2nd wrap. Just ask Betty May the day she followed me out to my truck, after Iwent in and requested my other snack wrap! Like dealing with a bunch of gangsters trying to buy myself something to eat. Wow! Service was horrible. The young lady who took my order was sweet, I just think a lot of servers lack the ability to... listen, they make noises indicating they are doing as such. But literally Don't. So they call our number and immediately I see2 cups and there are 3 of us along with 2 fries, for 3 people. One of the staff slams a cu on to our tray, and I go back andindicate we are also missing our fries, at no time does the Manager say, I apologize the server missed this would you like toadd those. Instead she gets an attitude walks over to the fry area and indicates we want fries we didn't pay for. At thistime I'm beyond angry. I indicate, this exact example is why people get angry and retaliate. At no time did I deserve thattreatment. So for the Young Manager working at lunch yesterday.
