Order...kids cheeseburger meal, no mustard, no pickle. Kids chicken strips meal. 2 crispy wraps. Get 2 bags assuming kids meals... in one and wraps in the other. Drive home to find out there is no wraps. Pack the kids back into the truck, back down toSUMMERLAND DQ and request fresh wraps. Have to wait 5 minutes which was fine but only to wait and get cold chicken( assumingthey gave me the same ones even tho I waited). Instead of losing my chit and going back in, I went back home only to find outthey put pickles on my kids burger. Soooo again, instead of doing what I want to by calling and losing my chit on them, imleaving this chit review for them instead. I?ve lived in Summerland long before this DQ was even an establishment in town. And since it?s been opened up it has only been a... disappointment, I can?t even count on both hands the amount of times I?ve ordered a simple combo meal and somehow my burger canbe served to me without the patty (this is a very common occurrence and I still to this day have no idea how that can happen)food will be over cooked or dry and flavourless, this is just their food issues, I won?t even get into the absolute lack ofcustomer service that this business delivers, if you?re looking for a good DQ that you?ll get your moneys worth, unfortunatelysummerland DQ is not the place. Horrendous food and they ripped me off I got take-out here about 3 weeks ago, ordered a poutine and some chicken strips. The... chicken strips came with no sauce, cost around 12$ for 6 pieces and the first bite was so dry and awful tasting that I actuallydrove back to the window to complain. The waitress offered to replace my order but also said the food had just been made so,figuring they would be just as bad, I asked for a refund instead. She agreed, took the box of chicken back, and passed me thecard reader to tap. The poutine was equally awful but I was literally starving so I did end up eating it. Two weeks later whenI looked at my bank account I noticed that Instead of refunding me the price of the nuggets, she had charged me again! I ordered a Peanut Buster Parfait as usual and it was the best one I ever had. I usually visit the Penticton location and they... don't put nearly the amount of fudge and peanuts on the parfait. This is a great location. Great job all around. Read more

I'm on a kick to try all the small cheap cheeseburgers from the local fast food joints, DQ is by far the worst. And I just went... skiing for two hours, I'm immensely hungry, and they're still terrible. I can't even finish the fries.
