Great restaurant. Clean. Nice french fries and onion rings. Fast service.
I love the food there, but my Berger and fries were cold and on the road there is no time to turn around.
We have pretty much given up on A&W. Prices are way too high and the product at just about every store we have visited way too... low. No exception here. Kids working have no supervision, wrong breakfasts, bacon ice cold and in so much grease it floated onthe plate. Read more
Once again if stars could be zero. This location used to be run properly. Since new management this location is embarasing for... Summerland BC. First off the quality is very bad, which tells me the kitchen is probably a crime scene. I suspect they do notproperly clean the fryer residue or change the oil as often as nessesary at the very least. Everything deep fried has very staleold oil taste. So it's obvious what that is. Once i got an egger with half an inch of grease in the small bag it came in.Multiple times the service is bad but I can't blame the staff because there's frequently a new employee working, likely intraining. Many disappointing meals has got me here. Today they gave me someome elses food and I had to drive back to have this corrected.... they thought they were doing good by giving me coupons to say sorry. The coupons are expired. This is extremely dissapointingand y'all should be ashamed. Past issues have been, no napkins, missing straws, wrong drinks and missing food. Read more
Faster now than it used to be, but they also get the orders wrong more often. Didn't get my extra bacon, way-too-old chicken... nuggets, no sauce for the nuggets, no extra cheese... It's like they're intentionally trying to rip people off. Tasty, but checkyour bag before you leave. Read more
